Monday morning should prove to be an interesting time in Washington, D.C. to say the very least. BHO who was probably planning a golf outing, Friday’s revelations may have upset his plans. Maybe this is his “humpty dumpty” moment, but again he has had since Friday to prepare for Monday. He is going to need a really big distraction to avoid what is surely coming. But, who or what will provide cover? Which one of his minions will “fall on the sword” for this one, if needed? Something on a grand scale will be needed to draw the media attention away, no you won’t need to draw the media away they support you enthusiastically and even help spread your lies. You will need a way or reason to delay or prevent the congressional hearings in the House of Representatives that may already be planned. What event could cause America, the ones that want and demand answers, to become so distracted as to lose interest. Could one of you “friends” take it upon him or herself to cause a distraction for you? Could an event be staged that would place Washington, D.C. on lockdown? Yep, that would buy you another day or two, but would be obvious as hell. Could the daily press conference be cancelled or postponed? Yep, your mouthpiece could even call in sick, again obvious as hell. Could your “big money” friends cause a big sell-off on Wall Street in turn causing a run on the Banks? Oh yeah, now that would buy you a lot of time, again obvious as hell, the stock market was doing splendidly. Could Malaysian Airlines flight MH 370 all of a sudden turn up in a satellite photo in a country that is hostile towards the West, being loaded with a nuclear weapon or any weapon of mass destruction, and ready for flight? Now that would require some serious explaining. You could announce that the nuclear waste dump was on fire and would have to evacuate many thousands of square miles of the west. Nope already had that one, wasted it. The BLM could descend on Bunkerville again, with different rules of engagement, after all some of the people who Harry claimed to be “domestic terrorists” are still in the area. That would require a lot of explaining also. There are endless possibilities that could provide a distraction and buy time, but eventually, as your favorite reverend said, “the chickens have come home to roost”. My advice, “man-up” tell the truth about Benghazi and all the rest, then “just let the chips fall where they may”, you do it don’t send a mouthpiece. I’ll be getting up early regardless.

Proving grounds, their uses and lessons learned
The World and even America has turned from modernization and civilization to becoming the proving ground for ideas.
The Ukraine has provided the latest proving ground of ideas. But why, was it intended to test ideas to be used here in America? The Ukraine as a “democracy” has had a very short life since the collapse of the U.S.S.R. The protests against an abusive and corrupt government, began as just that a protest. How did a protest turn so violent so fast? The same as it has always been done, agitators were introduced. What was the “final straw” by the government against the people? We will never know that answer. What was the original intent of the protests? We will never know that answer, either? The reason we will never know the answers is simple, they no longer matter and were never reported on earnestly. But they do matter and should be reported on. The protests in The Ukraine did not begin with the burning of buildings. One thing for certain, is that if they had originally intend to overthrow the government, they had no plan for what comes next. The federal government missed one important thing, The Crimea, they never even thought that a country would voluntarily rejoin with Russia as a subject country. This one thing changed the whole “game”, The Ukraine is so destabilized it also too may be lost to Russia. Now The Ukraine has an “interim” government. Where did they come from and how did they get appointed? Were they appointed by the people or were they selected by outside influences? Are the people satisfied with the new government? By the reaction of the people I would say that they are not. The Russian Pro-Separatists as they have been labeled are the catalyst provided by intervention. But who are they? They were first claimed to be Russian soldiers, turned out they were not Russian at all. Now the violence has spread throughout the country and will surely spread to neighboring countries. At what point will the “interim” government be forced to declare “martial Law” and who will decide for them? Time will tell. This proving ground is still providing lessons and those may prove to be catastrophic for America and the World. At some point Russia will step in either because they chose to or were left no choice.
While the “Crisis in The Ukraine” was developing and receiving 24 hour coverage, what similar event was unfolding here in America? Federal government over-reach, Bunkerville and The BLM. What was the reason for the sudden aggressive action by the BLM, the case has been in court and ongoing for years? What was the intent of the BLM, after all they are an arm of the federal government? Does the federal government have the answers to the questions above concerning the Ukraine? You bet they do. Was Bunkerville a test? You bet it was. Did the federal government get what they wanted? Yes and No. They now know that some in America will “stand their ground”. Did they set off a string of protests where instigators could be used to escalate the protest into violence? No. Will the federal government try something else? Definitely. What will they try next? That depends on the proving grounds. Is the media complicit in this? You bet they are. They have turned regional news stories into national news, if it fits their true agenda. This is best illustrated by the number of national news stories about firearms being used in citizen on citizen acts of violence. Is there a sudden increase in shootings, or just an increase in reporting? There may be the occasional report of a knife or similar implement being used if there are enough victims or if the act is brutal enough. The firearm use will be reported on if even there was only one victim. The use of a firearm in the act of self-defense will never make national news, and only get a short, if any, mention in regional news. People are murdered everyday around the world with many items other than with firearms, some are even murdered with hammers and other common items used in daily life but these acts will never make the headlines. One has to ask why, the answer is simple, their true agenda, they pick and choose.
The federal government has been “provided” with, and have even “provided” themselves with many other proving grounds to test their ideas and theories.
Libya was handed to BHO compliments of the E.U., our government had no “beef” with Libya or it’s dictator, yet we attacked. The rebels and insurgents were armed to fight against the government forces of the dictator. The dictator was overthrown and killed, a temporary government of sorts was put in power, again by who. Who are these people are they Libyans or are they some convenient surrogate? The federal government even established diplomatic relations with the new temporary government, even set up a diplomatic mission and embassy. Then the Ambassador and three other Americans were murdered. The administration and even BHO claimed it started as a protest over an internet video, knowing that it was a terrorist attack. The lie and the cover-up of the lie are just now coming into light, but I know that this will only serve to reveal all of the other ugly truths about the lies and will expose what else BHO and the administration are hiding. What was promised to the Libyan temporary government? What did the Libyan government promise in exchange for help? Other than weapons, what were they given? The lesson learned from this proving ground is the following. You can take a country from it citizens and give it to whom ever you choose.
Syria is a great proving ground. The masses attempting to overthrow an evil dictator, even better it is a dynasty, passed down from generation to generation, much like North Korea. The protests began peaceful enough the people making demands on government, then for some reason or because of outside influences the protests became violent. The rebels, insurgents or what ever you want to call them have been battling with government forces for over two years, and even come close yet. When the news broke that chemical weapons had been used in Syria, which incidentally was the “red line” that BHO had drawn in the sand the insurgents expected an immediate response from BHO. My position on the use of chemical weapons, the correct term when a weapon is used by the military is deployed, was that the insurgents were getting their “asses” handed to them , they deployed the weapons and blamed the government forces. This was the beginning of BHO using the expression “there will be consequences”. BHO could have done in Syria the same as he did in Libya as just ordered an attack, but he wanted help or a promise of help from the E.U. in return for his actions in Libya, the E.U. said no. BHO was stuck, he went to congress for approval. Then Putin and Russia stepped up in defense of Syria after all Russia has a Naval base in Syria. This proving ground provide the following lesson. Do not try to intimidate a country that has a big and powerful ally. Have you noticed lately the increasing trend of “pissing off” our friends and allies. Is BHO trying to alienate us and leave us alone with no friends to help should we have difficulties? Think about it.
Egypt is by far the best proving ground to date. The Arab Spring gave the world Egypt. The protests started like all others peaceful, then because of some event or outside influences they turned violent. The President of Egypt, think of him as you may, was a good ally helping to keep peace and order in the Middle-East. BHO said that the people have spoken and Mubarak had to go for the good of Egypt, a country that had been stable for years and held the Muslim Brotherhood at bay. Mubarak gave up power and the force his government held at bay for years was unleashed on Egypt. The brotherhood made life in Egypt unbearable on the Egyptians, the Egyptian military told the newly elected president, who as it happens was a muslim brotherhood leader, to get things right and gave him a time limit to get it done. Morsi the elected President, and leader of the muslim brotherhood, did not heed the warning. The Egyptian military arrested Morsi, removed him from office and took control of the Egyptian government. BHO and his administration went “nuts” demanding that Morsi be restored to power and the rightful and duly elected Egyptian government be re-instated. Lesson learned from this proving ground. Do not let the Military be large enough to remove you from power. Did you notice that not long after the Egyptian military removed Morsi from power, BHO and his minions began the plan to reduce the size of the U.S. military. Since the muslim brotherhood was rounded-up, contained and tried for crimes against Egypt and sentenced to death, all of them, BHO and his minions have said very little in regards to Egypt. Egypt may even realign with Russia, lost another friend and ally. What was the brotherhood promised by BHO for him to be such a steadfast supporter? What did the brotherhood offer to BHO for his friendship? We may soon find out.
Afghanistan though began as a noble effort turned into a proving ground for advanced weaponry. Who or what countries now possess those weapons? Who or what are their intended targets? Who got sold out?
You were wrong again, you will try again and on and on it goes
An open letter to Liberal Politicians in particular, and all politicians in general, even the aspiring ones.
Don’t get me wrong, I admire persistence, but not stupidity. Another shooting in a gun free zone, there are and will be arguments about whether or not an armed citizen could have stopped the shooter, that is the wrong question. The question here is why do you support and encourage criminal acts such as these? The fact of the matter is that you give the criminal everything that is needed in one neat package, victims with no means of defense, and yet you somehow avoid the blame. Do I think that every citizen should be armed? Absolutely not is my answer. The people should be making that choice for themselves, you have no right to make it for them, one way or the other. Unless prohibited by law, everyone that wants to keep and bear arms should be able to, after all the Constitution doesn’t disallow it and the Second Amendment is only a guarantee that the federal government can not infringe upon the right, but again that law is already with us and the criminals break that one, the next one will fare no better. No matter how many laws you pass and enact the only effect you will see from your efforts is continued criminal behavior. Your gun control efforts only provide a greater number of victims. Why are there so many victims? The answer is government provides them. Law abiding citizens obey the law, criminals do not. If you truly believe that guns are so evil why do you seek to enact laws that disarm the civilian population while at the same time seeking to provide more and better arms to law enforcement and the military? If guns are so evil, why do some of you own firearms? If guns are so evil, why do you have an armed security detail? Why are you constantly attempting and sometimes enacting legislation that only effect the lawful and never the unlawful? You see yourselves as leaders, but you do not have any idea what a leader is. Let me spell it out for you. A leader does just that they lead, and they lead from the front, setting the example. Show me that you are a leader, on your gun control measures, turn yours in, get rid of the armed security detail, enforce the laws on the books and really get down to the business of punishing criminals, then we can sit down and talk. As a matter of fact, do this with all your legislation, if it is such a good idea, be a good leader, you go first. No you will not do that, there will always be something hidden in the fine print that leaves you an out. One final question. What are you so afraid of? While I wait for the answers to the questions above, consider this, tell the truth to the people. I know full well that the answers will never come, the same as I know that you will not tell the truth to the people. Permit me to do this for you, I will tell them the truth which will provide the answers. The legislation you enact is not about providing a service or fulfilling a need, it only to control the population, continue to grow government and promote the culture of government dependence, while at the same time insulating yourselves and padding your wallets. The real and ugly truth is that you do nothing to control crime, if crime was eliminated you would have no further need to continue arming law enforcement. You seek to continue the march towards a Police State as the new America, where only the police, military and criminals have weapons, but where do you fit into this, you are not law enforcement and you are not in the military, only leaves one option doesn’t it. You will enact a law giving you law enforcement powers, that is a scary thought the law makers as the law enforcers. I seem to remember a country somewhere and sometime in history where the law makers were the enforcers, no wait, there have been many of them. They all had one thing in common, a really high mortality rate, seems the population had no means of self-defense. In the end there may only two kinds of people outside of government, victims and criminals, the criminals will be divided into two groups, true criminals and the former law-abiding citizens that you and your efforts have forced to become criminals because they would not and could not allow themselves or their families to become victims. The victims will be the victims of the true criminals, just as it has always been, they will never be the victims of the law-abiding, just as it has also always been. There will be only one kind of person inside government and since you seek to have all of the weapons you can not be the victim, leaves only one option doesn’t it. I leave you with this, you are not special, you have been entrusted with a special job, one that was never meant to be a career, you are a politician not a Statesman, you are a public servant not the master of the public, name calling is a sign of a weak position and is usually done by children on the playground when they lose, you have no right to make your opinion and views the law of the land, you have no right to exempt yourself from the law, America is great and special because of the people not the government and lastly America belongs to the people not the government.
An open letter to Business Owners.
Do you have the right to refuse service? Absolutely. Do you have the right to refuse access? Absolutely. Do you have the right to post a no firearms allowed sign at you Business? Absolutely. Do you provide an endless supply of victims? Absolutely. Will I do any commerce with you or your Business? Absolutely NOT. Now, this may be your own business or you may simply be the manager of a national chain that has a no gun policy. You may not in your private life be anti-gun, you chose to work there and in order to keep your job you must follow company policy. Unless you are moocher there is an understanding, you don’t work, you don’t eat. But, if this is your own business and that is your personal policy, for what ever reason, religious or political, you need to set the example, you are supposedly a type of leader. Do you post the same sign on the front door to your home? No, Well, why not, are you afraid that it will invite criminals into your home? You invited them to your business. Regardless, if there is a no-gun policy at your workplace, there are many resources available, courses of instruction if you will, that teach self-defense without a firearm. You could find these courses and offer them to the employees instead of leaving them totally defenseless. My point here is to teach Self-Defense and stop this stupid and dangerous practice of “shelter-in-place”. It is much harder to hit a moving target. I am not saying or even suggesting that someone run headlong into a hail of fire, or the path of a slashing knife or whatever the criminal chose as the tool of their trade, what I am saying is that there are already tools available at the workplace that can be deployed as a self-defense weapon, no one knows of them. Why, because they were never taught, so teach them, or have a professional do it for you and the criminals will never see it coming, force must be met with force, overwhelming if possible. The question of the ages is this, if you truly hate guns, why do you constantly call someone with a gun to your gun-free zone that has one, or are they welcome because they have a gun and a badge. The reason you had to call them in the first place is that you denied someone the same thing that they bring with them and you even advertised it inviting trouble. And finally this, you deny a law-abiding group which is the people who choose to exercise their Constitutional rights from your place of business and the liberals cheer you on. But if you deny a group that is on the approved government list of those that must be protected, even if just placed on the approved list, or give money to a cause that you support or supported at sometime in the past that was not, but is now is on the list of those needing protection, the same liberals that cheered you on for denying one will demand your head on a silver platter if you deny the other. I leave you with this, if you deny me any of my God-given rights or any rights guaranteed by the Constitution I will not be a faithful customer of your establishment, if on the other hand you do not impede or infringe on my rights I will be a faithful customer. I don’t mind paying extra for the same goods and services and will do so gladly. The one thing I will not do is give up any of my rights, God-given or otherwise to save a little money. I may even suffer a horrible fate, but it will not be because I was denied the means to defend myself.
They never intended to, their goal is to disarm the lawful.
A “perfect storm” is on the horizon. Part 1 of a series.
This series of posts will address the conditions that have, will and are occurring in America, they are in no particular order, all are important. Some will be based on fact. Some will be based on possibilities. Some will be based on opinion. Some will be based on my life experiences. Some will be based on my interpretations of events. Some will be based on a combination of all. If you are reading this post, you will have to decide which is which and you must arrive at your own conclusions. Some of this post and subsequent posts in this series will cause you to do some research on your own.
We begin with the continued erosion of and constant attacks on the Bill of Rights. The Fourth Amendment concerning search and seizure, the requirements and limitations.
The recent ruling by the U.S. Supreme Court upholding traffic stops by Law Enforcement based on anonymous tips about reckless or drunk driving. Allowing and then upholding this practice removes the long-established practice of the accused not having to prove his innocence, but the state having to prove the guilt of the accused “beyond a reasonable doubt”, now the accused will be forced to prove his innocence. This practice is being touted as a useful tool in the arsenal to protect the public, but it has a “dark and sinister side”, when does promoting public safety turn to endangering the public. As to the matter of an anonymous tip about an alleged reckless driver, it could be true but it could be also “someone with an axe” to grind, possibly as simple as a bumper sticker that they disagree with or take offense to. This was obviously a “politically motivated” ruling as there are lingering and still unanswered questions. How much of the available resources will be used to investigate the tip? How many will show up? What could possibly go wrong? Let’s just suppose that a gun hating environmental loving liberal is driving down the road in their hybrid car behind a big gas guzzling truck with a big NRA sticker in the rear window. The liberal has just encountered in one place at one time everything they hate, a person that is pro-gun, obviously hates the environment as demonstrated by what is being driven and most likely a conservative. The liberal does the right thing, at least in the mind of a liberal, they call in an anonymous tip just to teach the pro-gun environment hating conservative a lesson. What they report is a reckless driver, give the tag number, and just for good measure to insure a response from law enforcement they also report that the driver was brandishing a firearm, but will say “gun”, and just for added insurance of a response they will say they heard the driver shouting slurs and threats out of the window. You can rest assured that the response from law enforcement will be a large effort after all the public must be protected areas will be locked down the time of day and the area will determine that and how many could be effected. If the DMV search of the tag number reveals a local address law enforcement may just go there and wait for the driver to show up at his address. If the DMV search shows a distant address in the same state more resources will be needed, some to look for the vehicle and some to wait for his arrival at home. If the tag is out-of-state the matter becomes more complicated. Now throw in a political rally or that a national politician is in the area. For arguments sake, I will say that a police helicopter spots the suspect truck on the highway, and radios the information to the patrol units looking for the truck. The driver of the truck sees all the flashing lights coming from all directions, glances down at his speedometer, not speeding, and quietly says “they are not coming for me, I wonder what is going on.” But he doesn’t know about the angry liberal and the anonymous tip. They are coming for him. The vehicle stops, law enforcement is everywhere with weapons drawn and trained on him, rifles, handguns and shotguns he is confused, he has done nothing wrong. Traffic is stopped in all directions. Helicopters are circling above. Noise and confusion. The driver is ordered to exit the vehicle, he does, he has always been a law-abiding citizen. The law enforcement officers begin shouting orders at him, he is trying to obey the orders, but there are too many and too fast further confusing him. The confusion overwhelms him and he stops complying. You know what happens next. The fact that he had broken no laws has little meaning. Another bit of America is extinguished.
As to the matter of the alleged drunk driver it could be true or not. A neighborhood “do-gooder” sees a car leaving a bar full of obviously drunk and rowdy people and calls in an anonymous tip. The tipster doesn’t know that the vehicle is being driven by a designated driver who had not been partaking of the adult beverages, or that one of the revelers may have called a friend to come pick them up and take them home. Going down the road the “revelers” soon start falling asleep, the driver quietly says “quiet at last” and continues on his journey feeling good that he had a part in preventing his friends from getting into trouble, doing jail time, not to mention the embarrassment and expense of getting a DUI. The driver sees the flashing lights approaching and glances down at his speedometer, not speeding, and quietly says “they are not coming for me, I wonder what is going on.” He doesn’t know about the tip from the “do-gooder”. They are coming for him. The vehicle stops, the officers approach, there is the strong odor of alcoholic beverages. The driver is ordered from the vehicle, he complies, the “passed-out revelers” begin waking. You know what happens next. The fact that the driver had broken no laws has little meaning. Another bit of America is extinguished.
The ruling by the Supreme Court will have far-reaching and dire consequences for America. Will we as Americans be forced to spend the remaining days of our lives proving our innocence? How can a person even accomplish proving their innocence every day and from every accusation? Like so many ideas, proposals and practices introduced for public safety they all began with good intentions, but as we all know the road to Hell is paved with good intentions. This is only the beginning of the things to come. If you are still with me, you may be wondering what the hell all of this has to do with the Fourth Amendment. If you have not read the complete ruling I encourage you to do so, then consider the following, mere suspicion and probable cause.
The ruling will have no effect on the Justices. No one will call in an anonymous tip on their car and their behavior, they will never see the flashing lights approaching glance down at the speedometer, not speeding, and never have to quietly say “they are not coming for me, I wonder what is going on.” They have a “special” tag and even if someone had the nerve to call on them, the tag makes them immune. Another fine example of the “Privileged Few” never having to live under what they say is okay for the little people. Good job on this one what will you force on us next, can’t wait for you to rule on the rest.
DHS and the “See something Say something” campaign may be greatly effected by the “anonymous tip” ruling. Look around the surrounding area, you may find yours like mine. Homes going up for sale for many reasons mainly the piss-poor economy or people reaching the age where they are just ready to move to a retirement community. The people who are buying the homes and moving into my area are seeking an escape from the city life and all of its problems, even if it is only a week-end home. They are more than welcome, but they sure do stand-out, given time they may even fit-in, some of the things they do I find odd to say the least. We call them “come lately’s” I was even one once. But I am also sure they think the same of me. My getting up early during hunting season, wearing camouflage and loading guns into my truck is NOT unusual behavior. Coming home late in the evening, wearing dirty camouflage, unloading guns from my truck and “cussing” is NOT unusual either, some times I come home empty-handed. When I do good you are invited to supper. I truly hope that going to my favorite hunting spot I never see flashing lights approaching, because I won’t be speeding and they can’t be coming for me.
Freedom and Liberty could be a flourishing crop, but instead you planted the seeds of a Democracy, you reap what you sow.
What you should have been spreading and supporting was the establishment of Constitutional Republics, but no you had to spread and support Democracy. The United States began as a Constitutional Republic, meaning that the founding documents were drafted and approved before the people were elected to fill the Constitutional Offices. The words Democracy and Democrat are not mentioned once in the constitution or any of the other founding documents. As a matter of fact the U.S. Constitution even goes so far as to guarantee each state a Republican form of government. The Pledge of Allegiance even refers to America as a Republic. The word Republican used here does not in any shape, manner or fashion mean the Republican Party, it simply means a Republic and that manner of government. The word Democrat used here does not in any manner, shape or fashion mean the Democratic Party, it simply means a Democracy and that manner of government. The Founding Fathers went to great lengths in speech and writing to avoid the establishment of America as a Democracy or anything even close in resemblance. They distrusted a Democracy and any one that was labeled a Democrat even less than they trusted a full-time standing Army. Calling someone a Democrat was akin to the usage of a “racial slur”, and as they used to say “them was fighting words”. Why does the Constitution only authorize and allow an army to be funded for two years at a time, yet has no time limit on a Navy to be funded? Simple, No trust of a full-time standing army and the Navy can be sent away. That mistrust lies with Great Britain(England), the King and the British Army and rightly so.
The idea and ideals of a Constitutional Republic is that is a Government of, by and for the People. The Founding Fathers recognized that there would even be a time when the unlawful(meaning those that would not obey the laws of God and nature)would be of great number in the Republic that would only obey the Law of Man and will only do that as long as they want. Congress was given the authority to write laws for the good of society, not the President, not the Courts and not the various Agencies of the Federal Government. The President and the various Agencies have in a role in the faithful execution of the Law. The Courts only have a role in the interpretation of the Constitutionality of the Law. Nowhere in the Constitution is the President or any Agency authorized to arbitrarily change or enforce one or any part of a Law, only the “faithful execution of” the entire Law. If arbitrary change, selected enforcement, or imposition of the will of the President or the Courts were to be the case what would have been the purpose of the Revolutionary War? What the U.S. Constitution does do is state in plain language the “duties and responsibilities” of the three branches of government and the powers allowed. The Constitution makes very few things a criminal act, it was intended to be that way. Laws in this Republic were not written to make acts or things legal, they were written to make acts or things illegal. The more laws there are the less Freedom and Liberty there is for the people to enjoy equally.
The idea and ideals of a Democracy is that is a Government of, by and for the Majority. The Founding Fathers never intended any form of government that was “Dictated” by the Majority, as it did not and would not represent the idea and ideals of a Constitutional Republic. In a Democracy laws are written that reflect what the majority believes should be lawful or unlawful. Freedom and Liberty are not equal, the majority enjoys the most of both, as a matter of fact nothing is equal in a Democracy nor can it be. If there is a Majority then there must be a Minority. The usage of the words Majority and Minority here in no shape, manner or fashion has any thing to do with race. This again is used for the manner of government. This is illustrated by the fact that the Constitution is drafted after elections in newly established Democracies, whoever wins gets the honor and privilege of writing the Constitution. Oh, they have a draft of a proposed Constitution before the election, but the “finished product” is “massaged” by the new president or prime minister or both and the parliament and then passed. Will they write it in their best interest or that of the people? That answer is provided by all the “Democracies” around the world. Those that call themselves a Democratic Republic are the biggest joke on the world. They are a government of the majority of the people, meaning the majority is represented first, then the people if at all. They will have a Dictator or a President that receives 100% of the vote, or a rigged election designed to fool the world into believing that they really are a Democracy, and they actually are, the majority rules even if it is only one person.
The time where America degenerated from a Constitutional Republic into a Democracy started immediately following the death of the last of the Founding Fathers and was completed with the ratification of the 17th amendment to the Constitution. The 17th amendment cleared the last obstacle in the path to Democracy, the Majority was now in control of the greatest nation on earth. Now the President represents the political party and its agenda nominating political party members of his party or the like-minded of the other political party to cabinet level positions and nominating Justices and Judges that represent and reflect the parties views, not the country. The Senate is now free to represent the political party and not the State, and uses this power at every opportunity. All three branches of the federal government are politicians and represent the majority, if the majority is the majority that they want to support. Most of them remain as “remnants” of the last majority, waiting for the time when they will once again represent the majority not the People. America only exists to this day due to the fact that it began as a Constitutional Republic with limits on government powers, but the majority is now and has been chipping away at the very foundation of this nation.
When the “monster” that you have attempted to build around the world acts or starts to act as it is intended to be, a Democracy, the rule of or the vote of the majority the America government gets upset. When the Crimea held a referendum ballot to remain with The Ukraine or rejoin Mother Russia, the American government objected, even calling it illegal and unconstitutional. When The Crimea voted to rejoin Mother Russia, the world screamed in objection. Russia had a ceremony and welcomed The Crimea back into the fold. The Crimea acted in a totally Democratic fashion and yet the world screamed. The Majority spoke at the ballot box and the wish of the majority in a Democracy got their way. Now the violence is once again raging in The Ukraine, the world is once again screaming. The Ukraine may even erupt in a “civil war” because of Democracy not in spite of it. If that happens the world and the media will call it a “civil war” but it is only “Democracy” in action. The Ukraine may even attempt to put a ballot referendum in place whether to remain a Democracy or rejoin “Mother Russia”. The world will surely scream if the Majority vote to rejoin Mother Russia, but once again it will be Democracy in action. The world will object claiming it to be unlawful and unconstitutional. Russia will once again have a ceremony welcoming a lost “child” home. The Ukraine may even find itself divided and once again it will be because of Democracy not in spite of it. It will only get worse in Europe and around the world. The “Democracies” that have been set up or established in Europe and around the world will continue acting like a Democracy, (majority rule) and the people(in the minority) will reach a point where they want and demand to be heard. The world will have little choice in the matters and affairs of the Democracies around the world, as it should be, each country should be free to choose its own path. Russia is winning this confrontation with the world, and is rebuilding itself to what it considered its greatest times this time it is not with violence and oppression, but is using a tool we gave them, Democracy, the will of the Majority inflicted on all. All of the former states of the former U.S.S.R. may well voluntarily rejoin with Mother Russia in a purely Democratic form, a vote where the Majority gets its way. Maybe it should be called “Mob Rule”.
When FDR famously said that America would be the “Arsenal of Democracy” a more fitting and a better definition of America’s role would have been if he had instead said, that America would be the “Arsenal of Freedom and Liberty”. Maybe if America would have spread or attempted to spread Freedom and Liberty the world would be a much better place for the People and not the Majority.

It matters, it all matters
The U.S. government is out of control and is now testing the resolve of the nation. Recently we saw the BLM thugs backdown from a rancher holding his ground and a group of brave patriots by his side. BHO never addressed the standoff or do anything to lessen the tensions, but he did find time to give one of his speeches to a group of voters at an event hosted by Al the race baiting, alleged Reverend, in New York. Seems to me that BHO will only associate with a Reverend that has a deep and undying hatred of America, as they say “birds of a feather stick together”. I did notice a stark contrast between the Patriots at the Bundy Ranch and the cheering and applauding audience at Al’s event. Do not think for a minute that will be overlooked by the liberal media. They will not mention the audience make-up(would not want to offend), but they will mention the Patriot make-up(do not care if they offend), of that you can be sure.
I know that I am not the only one who sees this but, BHO and his minions only stick their noses in and interject any thing if the alleged victim is a minority and the perpetrator is white or appears to be so. If it had been a group of illegals surrounded by militia he would have mobilized the federal law enforcement agencies to hold the militia at bay for enforcing a law the federal government, will not and does not but is supposed to be enforcing. Instead of arresting the illegals the Federals would point their weapons at the Militia. Then he would have hopped on Air Force One(his personal tax-payer funded taxi), and been there as they say “in a New York minute” to personally handle the situation or at least given the illegals a welcome to America speech, again rewarding illegal action and punishing good and lawful action. But he would have screwed that up as he has done every time he stuck his nose in things he does not understand. Then we would have to endure another beer summit, or a speech saying that could have been him as a teenager. Give me a freaking break!!!
One has to wonder why after all the time that has passed, why now did the BLM thugs become so aggressive. The administration knew what would happen in fact they hoped for it. This(remember the promise)”most open and transparent administration ever” must have needed time to hide something up their sleeve or needed a distraction to pull something from their sleeve, after all isn’t the BLM a part of the federal government. No government agency can take action without someone issuing “marching orders”, someone in the District of Criminals had to give the order. This goes for all government agencies IRS, DOJ, NSA, DOI, BLM and all the rest, no freelancing is allowed, this goes for all secretaries no matter what department they head. If BHO is allowing each department, agency head or underling to take independent actions(freelancing)we as a nation are in more serious trouble than anyone could imagine. If this is happening BHO gave the order to do what you feel is needed or warranted or what you might think I would want. As I see it everything that has happened, has happened because BHO allowed it an encouraged it, no action to stop an abuse of power is in fact condoning the act.
This latest federal government threats and the actions that were taken may well just be just a taste of what is to come. BHO and his minions will try another stunt, again to test the resolve of Patriotic Americans and they will continue to push until the push-back stops or until they have the resources at hand to attempt to crush all opposition. The law enforcement agencies at all levels are being armed and equipped with some of the same equipment that our Military uses to wage war. I look at the city and county law enforcement today and can’t believe that they have become so militarized both in equipment and dress.
Even some departments with-in the federal government that one would normally never assume has any law enforcement powers has an enforcement arm hidden somewhere in the department. Look at the break down of the department, those of us with experience commonly refer to these as “wiring diagrams”, you will see how many have something called an enforcement division or a protection office. Even the supposedly independent agency of the FCC has an enforcement division, are they armed, I don’t know, but they are tied to Homeland Security, and Homeland Security is armed, they are armed to the teeth with some pretty neat equipment. The Department of Homeland Security has a rather large umbrella, anything could be hidden under it.
There are times that I truly believe that BHO gives his speeches just to stir-up the “dumb masses” which causes even more animosity and strife. He does this knowing sooner or later the more extreme and radical in attendance at his rallies will interpret it as a “call to action”. I also believe that BHO will continue on the path he has chosen and taken, and will also recruit millions of “disenfranchised” loafers to do his bidding in continuing the division of America. An outbreak of violence in the country, anywhere in the country, will give him the go ahead to destroy the rest of the Constitution or at least begin to use it. Habeas Corpus will be denied, citizens could be arrested and held indefinitely without any charge or on trumped-up charges, martial law would be imposed, elections would be postponed, BHO could be president for life. All of the Bill of Rights would be suspended, police and the military would be loosed upon society with no protections from the protectors.

The answer to the question may come down to simple mathematics, 53% can only support 100% for a short while, immigration reform will only add numbers to the 100% and will do nothing to increase the numbers in the 53%. The ratio of productive to non-productive only goes to illustrate and support my opinion that the politicians do not have the continued existence of America in their plans. A boat full of water can still remain at the surface, but it can not move or be moved, and will go completely under water and sink to the bottom when attacked by even the smallest of waves. To save our country we need to start pumping out the “water” now, we can not wait until we are level with the water’s surface. We should have starting “pumping” long ago. Even better we should have prevented any “water” from entering above what was needed for “ballast”, excess “water” is only “deadweight”. Riding high in a storm will capsize even the mightiest of vessels. We will go under at a 50/50 ratio, and no government plan will stop that. I may have spoken to soon about no government plan could stop that, the government could do as many families are doing now, just to manage to get through, during this magnificent economic recovery, have a yard sale. What could they possibly sell? The government could offer for sale the fleet of Presidential aircraft, no that wouldn’t work, if they were sold BHO and family couldn’t go on any more vacations, attend fund-raising events or just go golfing, and they could never let the elite do with-out. The Military is being cut to pre-WW2 levels, the government could sell the surplus equipment. We could offer small arms, ammunition, tanks, helicopters, jets, artillery pieces, uniforms, ships and all other un-needed weapons of destruction. But who or what countries could by the stuff? We could not invite Iran, they have no money, the economic sanctions imposed on them after the seizure of the U.S. embassy in Teheran have left them so economically devastated they couldn’t even continue their nuclear program. The Palestinian authority would be a good choice, at least we could get some of the money back we have given that terrorist basket case in the name of humanity. We could sell some to the Muslim Brotherhood they still have to beat Christians to death. I’m sure that North Korea, Syria, China, Russia and countless other small nations would “pony” up some cash for a few good pieces of surplus equipment, though most of the cash would be only the return the gifts of humanitarian aid. But the government must get in writing a stipulation that the weaponry will not be used against us or our friends(if there are any left). Everybody knows that government can be trusted and would never lie. Right! With all of that cash on hand the government could pay off the national debt, no that would never work. The government could further expand their social plans and give the “moochers and social parasites” a well deserved raise, this would work, the government could continue making loyalty payments. This cash would soon be exhausted, but not to worry the government could have another yard sale. The national archives, museums and our heritage could be sold to some foreign benefactor they alone should bring enough cash to pay-off the moochers, no they will never get enough. BHO and Congress have to feed the monster created out of fairness and equality, an again the money would squandered. The states that are resisting BHO and his minions could be offered up for sale, surly some foreign nation would love to get some prime real estate. Again the government would have cash, but it too would be squandered, forcing yet another yard sale and the cycle could continue until America was sold-out by a man with a vision of “hope and change”. Think about it, no nation on earth can beat us with force, but why should they, no need in wrecking the house you plan to buy.
If you don’t think the yard sale is possible consider the following.
The U.S.A. is 17 trillion dollars in debt and the corrupt politicians in Washington D.C. are still spending. The nations of the world will soon stop lending the U.S. money. The nations that the government has borrowed from will demand payment and they all know that it can not be repaid. The rest of the world will “dump” the dollar for some other currency. When, not if, this happens the government will have 2 options, both of which will end life in America as we know it.
The first option is this. There is an estimated 21 trillion dollars in retirement accounts across our land. I think that is a “little” high, but that’s what the “experts” say. I guess if you were to add the IRA’s(both paper and metals), employer funded retirement accounts, employer/employee funded retirement accounts, personal savings accounts and what is left in the social security trust fund you might arrive at a number that would be close to 21 trillion dollars. The government could simply seize all the personal wealth and use it to pay-off the national debt, leaving approximately 4 trillion in surplus(but as pointed out above, government would never do that, 21 trillion dollars would go along way in social reform). Enter the Government Retirement Accounts. The people(with common sense)would never stand for that, our streets would look like The Ukraine and Venezuela, but Americans won’t need to throw rocks. BHO will need a disaster natural or man-made to destroy the rest of the Constitution, and even then he would come-up short and he knows it. But, lets not forget what BHO said, We need a civilian force just as well-trained and as well armed as our military.
The second option is this. America could go to a cash-less society, after all almost everyone has a debit card, and almost all that still have a job are required to have direct deposit. BHO could just issue an executive order requiring that every American have a bank account with a debit card and must have direct deposit. No matter which bank you use they all would be government-owned and controlled, government would have all of the money. Possession of cash would be a crime, all transactions would be electronic. With the exception of a banking crisis the economic environment is the same now as it was just before the “great depression”, remove the cash and there can be no banking crisis. One more thing would be needed, government imposed spending limits(that would sound “goofy” coming from a government that knows no limits when it comes to spending)so the balance sheets stay in the black. Special government approval would be needed to determine the necessity of large dollar amount purchases. This would require yet another government agency to over see purchases above what the government deemed needed to support everyday life. The government would finally have ultimate control over our lives, simply by allowing or disallowing commerce at every level no more freedom of choice. You could no longer purchase an item that could possibly harm a child, be misused or in any way cause mental anguish. Everything must be government approved. Everything could be rationed to ensure that everyone has equal access. Everybody would be and therefore could say that “I work for the government”. There would be numbers in each persons account reflecting a line of credit the person had at their disposal, with government approval of course, but they would be just that, numbers, the same as we will become. Freedom would become like the stock market, only an illusion.
The few remaining countries that are willing to loan money to the U.S.A. are now able to black-mail our government. They demand that our government to make concessions. BHO has already started trading away national assets, and signing away parts of our national sovereignty to the U.N. As pointed out you can only sell or give away so much, eventually you will lose your identity. We may already have been sold. Could a one world government be in our future? Who would lead? Putin? BHO?
Mathematically we are existing as a nation on borrowed time. I never liked math, I can do it though, and even balance a check book. Wish the government could. History provides the answers if you know where to look.

The “State of the Union” is one big mess for the following reasons. We have a President with no real world experience only an agenda. We have a Congress full of self-serving ideologues. We have a Supreme Court being filled with activist judges. That about sums up the three branches of government. Not a one of the three is following much less upholding the Constitution.
Oh, don’t worry I would leave the Media or the “moochers and social parasites” out.
How did we get to this point?
We have a President that was elected with zero experience, but he offered “hope and change” and transparency in his administration. His background is that of a “community organizer”, college professor and a lackluster politician. The only “change” he had in mind was to transform America from the world “superpower” into a third world nation. His “hope” was that Congress, the “moochers and social parasites” would aid and assist him in his quest. Congress was more than willing to oblige and the “moochers and social parasites” have been constantly rewarded for their loyalty. His “hope and change” is being fulfilled though it may not be what was expected by some and is not enough for others. The transparency of his administration, though it is at least if not more secretive than previous administrations, it is becoming clear to more and more Americans. The whole thing is one big LIE! Having no real world experience has had the effect of blaming others for the failures of his own domestic and foreign policies, he has no concept of responsibility. If he is supposed to be the “leader of the free world” we are in deep trouble. A successful leader accepts both responsibility and blame. His style of and his practice of non-leadership is demonstrated by his acceptance of neither. The best example of this would be the sequester, it was his idea, and the outcome was his fault. But true to his government education he accepted neither. He found a way to shift the “blame’ to congress for not acting to prevent the mandatory cuts he proposed in the event a budget was not reached. Somehow it became the “responsibility” of congress to prevent his plan from taking effect. Yet he acts to prevent congress from stopping his plans, example Obamacare, lately referred to as “The Affordable Healthcare Act”, which he has arbitrarily changed himself 38 times, because it does not work. He will not let it be repealed and fixed, or admit that what we had before was better than this “POS” law that was rammed down the throat of America. He will simply keep offering exemptions(if they fit his personal agenda or helps some or all of his supporters and their special interests)and delaying portions of the act that can not possibly be met in any time frame. He has even found a way to better Clinton, we now have a new definition of what a delay is. It’s not a delay if you are in line, it is only a continuation of the previous delay. There are still no accurate numbers of how many people have signed up for Obamacare”, Medicare, Medicaid or paying customers. Out of the paying customers there is no information as to how many have actually paid the premiums. This part would be humorous if it wasn’t so sad, He considers himself the smartest person in the room, surrounds himself with advisors, more aptly called “yes people” and when confronted with an event, he says I found out the same time you did, on the news. He has constantly denied the greatness of America and her people willing to give or negotiate away our greatness and achievements. I still can’t understand why his approval rating is anything but “a big fat zero”. He is in my opinion a “radical leftist socialist ideologue”. He is also in my opinion a product of government education.
We have a congress that is failing in their duties they no longer represent the people they instead represent their political parties agendas, their own agendas and the agendas of the special interest groups. They see themselves as a perverted idea of a modern-day “robin hood” more aptly spelled “robbing hood”, stealing from everyone and giving to anyone that will assist them in their quest for re-election thereby increasing their power. In truth what they are stealing is the American dream of this and future generations. They use the various government departments as tools or as weapons as the need arises. The Department of Education in particular and government education in general has taken Prayer, the Pledge of Allegiance and most notably God out of the public school system. My theory as to why God was taken out of public school was that the government will not tolerate “competition”. The people have been and are still being “trained” to call on government in times of trial and hardship and government is more than willing to answer the call.
The Supreme Court as well as the lower courts are filled by each administration as vacancies occur, as is stipulated by the Constitution. Problem is each administration tries to “stack” the courts will justices or judges that will interpret the Constitution or the laws presented before them according to the “views” of the administration. This causes the “oddest” reaction from the press, the congress and the public. They all knew the how they would interpret based on their political views, the views of the nominating administration and the political views of those who confirmed them, and still act surprised at the ruling. If you have a radical left administration or a radical right administration, who did you think they would nominate or appoint. Again I don’t think this was the process the Founding Fathers intended.
The media are failing in their duties and responsibilities to inform America, and most importantly failing to be the “watchdog” over the government. That goes for all of them. The only reliable source of information is the internet and even that has to be sorted out to uncover the truth. The major news outlets that lean-to the left praise and tout BHO and the current administration no matter what. The major news outlets that lean-to the right do attempt to expose BHO and his administration for what they are, but will leave that arena for any breaking news story. The major news outlets are like humming birds, going from flower to flower trying to make news instead of reporting it.
The “moochers and social parasites” may well be the “straw that broke the camels back”, 53% of the working class of Americans “tote the freight” for 100% of America, while the other 47% that could be participating choose instead to live off the hard work and achievements of the tax paying few. The amount of assistance provided to the moochers and social parasites in the form of “food stamps”(EBT), WIC, free or reduced telephones, internet, electricity, housing and welfare are a constant drain on national treasure. There is little or no oversight on the “social programs” and most programs are redundant, with some of the mooching class receiving the same monies from more than one agency. There are always threats that “social security” may not be able to meet its obligations, but not once have I heard that “welfare” will not be able to meet their payments. The government, at all levels, have found willing accomplices in the moochers and social parasites to continue their “crimes against America” and the principles this nation were founded under. The government has taught the mooching class well. They have been taught to become totally dependent on government for their mere existence. They are taught that self-reliance, self-determination, personal responsibility and consequences of actions are all covered by a social program and they need not be inconvenienced in the least.(If the actions of a male and a female cause an un-intended pregnancy the government has approved social programs to aid in the consequences of a careless act, thus removing all responsibility.) This class of people is the reason that “Independence Day” is no longer celebrated, instead they celebrate the 4th of July, and oddly enough that is how it is now marketed and sold, which is probably just as well, the moochers have no idea what “Independence’ is. The moochers and social parasites have no right to celebrate “Independence Day” they need their own special day to celebrate “dependence day” because that is what they are, dependent, oh that’s right, they do celebrate every month when the government sends them their “loyalty checks”. The mooching class are no more than “bargaining chips” to the corrupt “political class” with each political party promising more than the other to gain their temporary loyalty. It seems that the mooching class, with the aid of the corrupt politicians, have found a way to vote themselves money from the national treasury. With each new attempt at reforming a failed policy from this and past administrations, or the attempt to reform a law, such as immigration, new disasters are the only product, and will only produce new moochers to steal more from America. This is a direct result of government creating a ‘benefit and entitlement” society. The only benefits and entitlements that come from being an American citizen or living in America is Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.
The news of late is loaded with corrupt politicians being led away in handcuffs. Maybe terms limits for politicians should be implemented, I’m for all of them getting one more term, I’m thinking 20 to life. Maybe Alcatraz should be re-opened so the entire lot of them will have a view of the ocean, they will think they are still on a tax-payer funded vacation.

The question still lingers. It seems that the politicians will spare no effort to hurry us to the end. The Congress and BHO have poked yet another hole in the hull of the ship known as The United States of America. The criminals in Washington D.C. are still trying to use the notion of Utopia, which is a “fairy tale” and does not and will not exist no matter how hard they try. If the politicians believe in Utopia they might as well saddle their your Unicorns. The insanity coming from Washington D.C. should be proof positive to America the talk out of both sides of their mouths. BHO stands up before America and the World and says on “climate change” the matter is settled and the time for debate is over, Congress pulls an all-night session trying to come up with a plan, no a scheme, to steal even more from America. Then BHO jumps on Air Force One and heads out to another fund-raiser, coming to Florida to welcome in spring break, hell he was just here during the supposed Ukrainian crisis. Moochele heads to china on a tax-payer funded vacation. WTF does he think those jets use for fuel “pixie dust”? Just another example of the “Elite” living a “lavish lifestyle” while the common man struggles daily to eek out a living. “Do as I say, not as I do” should be the motto of the current administration.
The new crisis they find useful in their endeavors to destroy America is the minimum wage. They are pushing forward with “The Fair Wage Act” They claim to be looking out for the “poor” and the “middle class”, hell people the “middle class” was destroyed years ago. The only people they are watching out for is themselves. Instead of worrying about “income inequality” they should be working to ensure “dollar equality”. There can never be “income equality”, not even in a communist country, but the dollar can be equal, no matter who holds it. If the “greedy rich” are the problem why don’t BHO and the Congress set the example and distribute their wealth among those that they claim to be looking out for and protecting. If this helps, think of America as a pyramid, tree equal sides point at the top. The top can only be supported by a broad base. If you turn it upside down with the point at the bottom creating a new base it is too small to support the top, the weight will force the whole thing down and all wind up on the bottom. I guess this could be what they are aiming for equal poverty, but even then as in any communist country the “ruling class” still has more. Has anyone ever seen a “dictator” living the same kind of life that was inflicted on the “people”? Also, Let me know if a poor man or woman has ever given anyone a job. In America anyone can make it to the top, but there is not room at the top for everyone. Raising the minimum wage will make no difference in anyone’s life except the criminals in Congress, as they will be able to steal more from you in taxes. Possibly driving up the unemployment rate, but they do not see that as a problem, some have even said that unemployment checks will improve the economy, because people will spend the money and return it to the economy. And just where does this money come from? These are the kinds of people who keep getting re-elected and they rely on government education to provide a never-ending supply of voters. As I have pointed out before the added cost of wages will be made up somehow, someway. Most certainly the costs of goods and services will go up to reclaim lost profits, quite likely hours will be cut and layoffs are even possible. Business owners are not in business to break even or lose money. That is a function of government, after all they spend and waste other people’s money(OPM). The gains you make in better wages will be lost when you spend it, you will remain poor and in the process drag what remains of the less poor(the former middle class)down with you. What happens to you, happens to us as well. The rich and the politicians will still be rich and they will remain so, no matter what happens to the poor or the less poor. You can not spend your way out of poverty. If you truly want more money in your paycheck you must get the greedy, grimy and corrupt paws of government out of you paycheck.
When all else fails BHO, Congress, The Media and all their Minions will play the “class warfare card”. They all know that the uneducated will fall for this every time without fail. You can rest assured that nothing in life is free. Smarter men than me have said this in the past “government is not the solution, government is the problem”. The money that the government bestows for assistance on you in the name of equality and fairness will eventually come with a cost, and they will at some time collect their “pound of flesh”. You have already sold yourself to government and they will count on you for continued support in the “march” to destroy America. The question for the “government slaves” is, how far will they go to insure that the agenda of continued social reform succeeds.
The answer to the question of how much longer do we have, my well depend on the politicians, and that will depend on whether they are willing to drop the designation of (D), (R) or (I). If the House of Representative can do that they will have stopped representing the political parties and their agendas, and begin representing the people as the Constitution that took an oath to uphold says they should. If the Senate can do that they too will have stopped supporting political parties and their agendas and return to ensuring that their respective states are equally represented in government again described in the Constitution, that they also took an oath to uphold. As to the president, his duties are quite simple and again are spelled out in the Constitution, like the previous two, he took an oath to uphold the Constitution. The President, House and Senate are all Constitutional offices and currently these offices, like those in local and state governments, are occupied by “politicians” not “Statesmen”. The politicians will never give up being identified with a political party for two reasons “money and power”. The vast sums of money that each party collects at the fund-raising events is staggering. The money is used to purchase air time for ads that never say anything of “substance”, and to send mailers out to registered voters of the particular political parties. This brings up the USPS, that loses money on a daily basis, being used as a personal delivery system for political ads. Proving once again that the government will “prop up” a failing system if it can be used to governments advantage. If the ad comes from a sitting member of congress the postage is tax-payer funded as a part of the “perks” of holding office. The power the politicians comes from being in the majority. That is only possible because America has become a “Democracy”, for if you are not in the “majority”, you most assuredly will be in the “minority”. Somehow we have let such a small and insignificant number of politicians, 535 “popularly” elected members of Congress, a President, a Vice-President also a popularity contest, and 9 Supreme Court Justices, which are nominated by the President, according to their views aligning with his, and are confirmed by the Senate, most times divided along party lines or even worse voting to confirm on the lesser of evils. We end up with a total of 546 people writing, passing, and upholding the laws of the land, but only if the laws suit their agenda or their particular political party affiliation. All three branches of government do nothing but support the agenda of political parties. This great nation has sunk to the new level of “a government of, by and for the political party”, when it should be and was supposed to be, “a government of, by and for the people”.
Lately, a number of “politicians”, who should be more aptly be called “statesmen” have been sent to Washington, D.C. and the State Capitals with a mission to “drain the swamp”. When they arrive they face an almost impossible task. They are met with resistance by the “establishment politicians” that have lost touch with America, and listening to or reading their statements and speeches, they have also lost touch with “reality”, some are quite possibly “senile”. As for “draining the swamp” it is damned difficult to remember you mission when you find yourself up to your eyeballs in alligators.

A repeal of the 17th amendment would be a good beginning towards returning America to its original envisioned creation of a “Constitutional Republic”. This though, will never happen, the Senate has become accustomed to their power over the people. They will never willingly give that up, nor could they return to watching out for the interest of their states. This fact is easily seen through their actions, some even go to the extreme of assisting with the erection of barricades to prevent their state from enacting legislation that is in the best interest of the state. The only way to repeal this amendment would require a “time machine”, even that would not work because the people of that time honestly believed that they could trust government. Government can say “thank God” for government education, oh that’s right, government took God out of the schools.
Another thing that would help return America to a “Constitutional Republic” would be to institute a new tax system(notice I did not say income tax). An income tax punishes those that have jobs and therefore their employer furnishes a W-2 form and after deductions taxes are paid. The moochers and social parasites have no income and therefore pay no tax, nor do criminals(including politicians). I am not in favor of a “flat tax” either for the same aforementioned reasons. What I am in favor of is a consumption based tax system, The Fair Tax, this system would garner taxes from wage earners, moochers, social parasites and criminals(including politicians) at the same rate. This too would require the repeal of an amendment, the 16th amendment and a new amendment added, the politicians will never go for this either. This would also lessen the power the politicians have over the people, power is what the politicians crave. The government has one practice with money “easy come, easy go” as long as it does not involve their money. The government does not trust the people, this is a fact and is proven by the fact that the government steals their “portion”(pound of flesh) of our hard-earned money before “we the people” receive our paychecks. If the government does not trust the people, just why the hell should the people trust the government.
This is a good time to insert this. It is not only the Federal Government that uses taxes to punish those of us who have chased and caught the American dream. I live in Marion County, Florida, and our County Commission has decided to put on the ballot a referendum to raise property taxes by $1 per $1000 assessed value at the behest of the Marion County School Board. Problem is that every registered voter in the county gets a vote, not just the property owners. The tax increase is supposed to go to the schools. What did you do with the money that you have already taken and wasted that you got from us in the form of property taxes? And while on the subject if the value of my place keeps dropping, why do my taxes keep going up. When will you finally take your pound of flesh? You also might get your scale re-calibrated, I’m getting a mite thin here and can’t afford many more pounds removed. They dropped the idea of a sales tax increase, that failed before. We are Taxed Enough Already. This is another example of government relying on government education. The renters will see this as an opportunity to get the tax burden off of their back and shove it to the home owners and business. They are either “stupid or ignorant”. If they vote for it and it passes the cost will only be passed along in the higher costs for goods and services. So the property owners get a double dose of “government medicine” higher property taxes and higher costs for goods and services. BOHICA property owners. If the renters vote for the property tax increase their land lord will only pass that along to them in the form of rent increases. They will get their second dose when it comes time to sign a new rental contract, and the will wonder why their rent increased. The only people who will not see the effects of the increase are the ones occupying section 8 housing. BOHICA taxpayers. The renters do not and can not see this coming thanks to the “ruling class” telling them how much they are discriminated against and the government education system failing in their task of providing a proper education. But seeing as how “government education” was designed to only educate to the level of “loyal and obedient citizens”. They have succeeded marvelously in that aspect and people still trust and obey without question. Again, I did not get that memo.
The difference between stupid and ignorant is that “stupid” lasts forever and “ignorance” can be overcome with education. I don’t mean with government education, that is how we got in this mess to begin with. Our best chance is for the stupid to stay home on election day watching some reality show, this goes for all elections local, state and federal. Our most important task is to educate the ignorant and save our nation.
The answer to the question of how much longer do we have, may come down to the people who know the truth about government educating those willing to learn and accept the truth about the corruption in all levels of government. We can not help those who are blindly obedient to the government. We must choose our battles.
