Well just imagine that

The latest republican plan to repeal or repeal/replace Obamacare has failed, at least that is the breaking news. The true story should read; Everything is proceeding according to plan, we never really had any intention of repealing or repealing/replacing Obamacare anyway.

For over 7 long years the republicans have been running for election/re-election on repealing Obamacare. First they said give us the House and we will repeal Obamacare. They got the House and we got nothing. Next they said give us the Senate and we will repeal Obamacare. They got the Senate and again we got nothing. Next they said give us the White House and we will repeal Obamacare. They got the White House and yet again we get nothing.

Well, I just wonder what will be the excuse they will offer for not getting it done now. The republicans control the House, the Senate and the White House. Is there anything else they need? Besides a spine. I would have said that they need to grow a pair, but there are some female politicians. So a spine covers that best, seeing as both sexes have one. Although the lack of a spine can be beneficial to politicians, especially to politicians, a spine makes it hard to slither around, especially if one tries to slither under a door.

Since Obamacare became Law the republicans have been complaining about how it was bad for Americans and thus bad for America. Since the republicans can not/will not repeal Obamacare reveals much about the republicans. It reveals much about the politicians(D,R and I)priorities. Their priorities are:
1. Themselves. Getting re-elected.
2. Their political party. Keeping their party in control or putting their party in control.
3. Themselves. Increasing their personal wealth.
4. Their big money donors, the lobbyists, the special interest groups.

You will notice that the list of priorities does not list Americans or America. That is because in my opinion, Congress does not give a flip about America and therefore can not/will not give a flip about average Americans. Let’s face it average Americans ain’t a special interest group.

The big government Whigs are back, and back with a vengeance. They have aligned themselves so closely with the democrats it is next to impossible to tell the difference.

Obamacare, since it became law has had zero effect, on me personally. I have group health insurance offered through my employer. I had group health insurance before Obamacare came along, my premiums were low then and are now and my co-pays remain the same now as then. Most people I know also fall into this category.

So now you must be asking yourselves why I rant about Obamacare so much and so often. Well my friends, you will notice that I said most people I know fall into the same category as me. I did not say that everybody I know falls into the same category as me. There are many that have had to return to work after retirement simply because they could not afford to by a private health insurance policy, the premiums and co-pays are just to high. It is good to see familiar faces, but it would have been under better circumstances if they returned because they wanted to rather than coming back because they had to. There are still others that are seriously considering giving up their own business(closing their doors)and going to work for larger companies because of the price of obtaining health insurance. Still others have already closed up shop. That is a crying shame, driven out of business not by shoddy workmanship, but driven out by government and health insurance.

Perhaps these are two intended consequences of Obamacare.
First. Keeping or actually forcing people to stay in the work force longer and longer, past the time they wanted to retire. Those that have group health insurance leave the group if they leave the job, forcing them to buy health insurance. Making health insurance so expensive people simply can not leave the work force because they can not afford the premiums and co-pays.
Second. Eliminating competition. The small business man/woman can not afford to comply with the law. He/she closes shop and goes to work for a bigger company or corporation. The politicians are in the pockets of big banking, big business and the unions. Using laws to eliminate competition.

Obamacare never was about making healthcare affordable, it was about forcing people to buy insurance. Insurance they neither wanted or needed. Insurance they can not afford. If the insurance was affordable there would be no need to subsidize health insurance for some. As for the cost of health insurance, the politicians do not care what it costs the average American. Let’s face it the government does not care what anything costs, what ever the cost it is the American tax-payers who pay. As for subsidizing health insurance for some, this is how that works. One pays his/her premiums for the policy, the government then takes taxes out of his/paycheck(income taxes)and then uses that tax money to pay a portion of another persons health insurance policy. Paying twice.

There is another reason why I despise Obamacare so much. Government intrusion and interference. Some how the government thinks that its place and has the right to tell a person they must by healthcare insurance or pay some sot of penalty. Not only that they must buy the insurance policy but what it must cover. As stated above Obamacare has had no direct effect on me there is another reason I speak out against Obamacare. Obamacare has had a direct negative effect on some near and dear to me.

The republicans will most likely fail to do anything about Obamacare. They at some point will act of desperation to pass something good or bad. The other option is that they will seek help from their mirror image, the democrats to come up with a plan. No matter which way this goes the government has gotten its big fat nose in an area they had no business meddling in. They have gotten control of another part of American lives and they will not give that back. Obamacare or something like it will be with us for a good long time, until the next scheme comes along. Obamacare was a welfare scheme, two schemes in one. An entitlement program for some and corporate welfare for the insurance companies. This republic is on the path towards single payer insurance, government insurance. That will be a truly sad day for this Republic and its citizens.

Everything is as planned and moving right along on schedule. There is nothing and no reason to delay the August recess now.

This government intrusion and many like it only go to prove that men Like Patrick Henry and Thomas Jefferson were right in 1786 and 1787. It also proves the South was right in 1861.

And then what?

Is a Civil War possible here in America? I would have to say, Yes. So with that in mind, I looked into 3 Wars in the past a War of Aggression and Conquest, a Revolution and a Civil War. I did this looking for similarities and how the circumstances of each could come into play in modern America and in fact the World.

A Civil War is defined as; a war between opposing groups of citizens of the same country.

By the definition above there is no way possible that the War of Aggression and Conquest 1861-1865 could have or should have ever been called the American Civil War. It was not the citizens of the North fighting amongst themselves, and it certainly was not the citizens of the South fighting amongst themselves.

There was another definition; a war waged to overthrow the government of ones own country. Even by this definition the War of Aggression and Conquest could not be called a Civil War. There were two distinct countries involved. The United States of America and the Confederate States of America, the Union and the Confederacy. The Confederacy nor the citizens of the Confederacy did not wage a war with the Union to overthrow the government of the United States of America. The citizens of the Confederacy certainly did not wage war against the Confederate States of America in an attempt to overthrow the government of the Confederacy.

There was even another definition; a war waged between geographic regions within the same country. While this definition comes close, it still does not fit the bill. True enough North and South are two geographic regions and they could be regions in and of the same country. The only way the War of Aggression and Conquest meets this definition is that the Confederate States of America was in the South, and the United States of America was in the North. America from the time of the Articles of Confederation until now has always been two countries in one, in more ways than one.

There was yet another definition; a war waged between political factions. A war based on politics now this really comes close, nearly a “perfect match”, close but no “cigar”. I encourage you to dive deep into this area on your own. There is much hiding in the shadows in American politics, then and now. Politics and politicians started the rift and placed the kindling.

It was not the Confederacy that started the war, the Confederacy was forced to fight. Forced to fight for its survival. But just what was the Confederacy fighting for? You can answer this for yourselves. But you must look at the reasons and the timing of the Southern States seceding. First was South Carolina then 6 more for a total of 7. Later 4 more seceded for a total of 11. Then look at what would be the benefit(s) of remaining in the Union. You may be surprised at what you find.

The Russian Revolution 1917. This was a two stage Revolution. First Removing the Czar in February(forced abdication and subsequent arrest). Second the “Reds” coming to power in October. Atrocities and Retributions abounded during and after the fighting.

The Spanish Civil War 1936-1939. This was a Civil War based on politics and political factions, citizens fighting citizens within the same country, overthrowing a government. At the conclusion General Franco became dictator(1939-1975). Atrocities and Retributions abounded during and after the fighting.

So let’s get back to the question, is a Civil War possible in America? My answer was and is Yes. If or when it happens it will not be a repeat of 1861-1865, it instead will be a combination of the Russian Revolution(1917)and the Spanish Civil War(1936-1939). The ground work has been laid, the kindling is in place, put there by the activists just waiting for a spark.

America is a nation divided, always has been always will be. This is best proven by some of the founding documents, most notably the Constitution. The Constitution established a government based on compromise. The Framers made compromises to get a document that enough states would support. Each state got a little through negotiation but no one got everything they wanted. Negotiation was the key, though now it has been made apparent that not all of the delegates negotiated in good faith. The big government types left themselves a little “wiggle room” in the Constitution but said there was nothing to fear.

America is at this point more divided than ever, and unfortunately it appears that compromising and negotiating will not and can not heal or even lessen the divide. Some groups want what they want and will resort to violence or threats of violence to get it. It is difficult, no impossible, to negotiate with a person or a group who is unwilling to make a compromise. Strangely enough most of the divisions in this Republic today are based on politics and demagoguery instead of geographical/cultural differences.

Think on this for just a moment. How many in America are calling President Trump an illegitimate president. There has been a lot of time and energy devoted/wasted trying to tie the election of President Trump to Russian influence in our elections. There are even some democrats seeking to find ways to remove President Trump from office, whether by impeachment or invoking the 25th Amendment. They want him out of office voluntarily(abdicate)or forced(impeached or the 25th). They would probably rather that he just abdicate, not as messy. I suspect that some republicans fit into this as well.

How many in America are promoting, supporting and encouraging violence as an end to political differences? The most prevalent in this area are the entertainers. There is another aspect to consider when examining the Spanish Civil War. The Fifth Column, the enemy within. Four columns assaulting from outside and the fifth on the inside aiding the four. Think about this, we can all agree that the Media is against President Trump, that could be one column. The anti-fascist element, that could be another column. The illegal aliens could be another column. Those who fall into the heated and inflammatory rhetoric could be yet another column. But who or what would make up the Fifth Column, the enemy within, the enemy among us?

So what would happen if Civil War was visited upon this Republic, citizens taking up arms against their fellow citizens? Will/would it just happen or would/will it be forced to happen? First let me say this; There will only be fighters and victims. The surest way to become a victim is not to pick a side, there will be no fence-setters. The federal government will step in and depending on who heads the government depends on how heavy the hand is. Martial Law will most certainly be declared as Local Law-Enforcement will quickly be overwhelmed. The Writ of Habeas Corpus will most certainly be suspended. The Military will be placed between a rock and a hard place, they will be forced to either take up arms against their fellow citizens or take up arms against their brothers. The same goes for Law-Enforcement. The entire country will be put between a rock and a hard place.

People should spend some time thinking about the aftermath of a Civil War. There will be no way back, not for this Republic, it will cease to exist. The land will still exist but the dream will be extinguished. Atrocities and Retributions will abound during and after the fighting, especially after. They always do.

There is another thing to consider. If there is a Civil War there will be a vacuum, a vacuum that must and will be filled. What will fill the vacuum? Look at the Civil Wars in Syria and Ukraine.

There is another thing to consider. The Civil Wars in Syria and Ukraine have had little effect on the global economy. What effect would be felt by the global economy if America were to fall into a Civil War? Something tells me that the U.S. is not going to have a Civil War for purely financial reasons. The reason is that it is not time to sink the global economy, not yet anyway. Even the smartest animal trainer knows that the animal they have trained so well and for so long can turn on them at a moments notice. Just because the time is not right for them it may happen(ready or not)anyway.

Just in case the handlers may have “hedged” their bets. Remember back to the “Fast and Furious” gun running episode. Did all of the guns find their way to Mexico? Would it be possible that some of them did but the majority of them are still in America? A possible cache for a possible Fifth Column. You would want your side to come out on top.

A Civil War would usher out the last President and Usher in the first Dictator. Who will/would be which?

So let me ask those who think violence is the way to solve/settle political differences this; Are those that inspire you to action insulated from what they cause? You can bet that they are. Most if not all of those who inspire your acts of violence are nothing more than “attention whores”, they say what they say just to get attention. Learn to think or yourself. You at present are acting out on their behalf.

Be careful what you ask for and understand the consequences, intended and unintended.

Just tell us the truth, for once

And again the Republicans have failed. But, then they never had any intention of coming through and never will. Campaign promises(lies)left unfulfilled, but then they have been making promises since the days of Reagan to secure the southern border. Actually, I am not at all shocked that the Republicans in Congress failed the voters(time and again)who sent them to office. Failing is their only success. At least they are not a total loss, they would be a total loss if they did absolutely nothing.

By all appearances the Republicans have “mystical powers”. They can talk out of both sides of their mouths at the same time, and the audiences hear different things. One could say that one audience hears what the politicians say and the other audience hears what the politicians mean.

You had nearly 7 years to come up with a “fix” for Obamacare, and that almost 7 years appears to have been fruitless. You had no plan, you made no plan, no I take that back you had a plan. Your plan all along was to “bitch and moan” then do exactly nothing about Obamacare. The House took two half-hearted stabs at it, nothing. Now the Senate has taken their stab at it and again nothing.

You seem to have time to do everything but your job. You had time to practice for a baseball game. You even found time to play the game. Quick question for you. Had the republicans been busy taking care of business at work instead of out “goofing off” on our dime would the fellow from Illinois been able to do what he did? You claim that the baseball game is a long-standing tradition and that may be so but it is not important. There is another long-standing tradition for Congress and that is to legislate actually getting things accomplished, and that is important. You put “play” before or instead of work. We out here in work-a-day America play after the work is done.

You seem to have an abundance of time to go on recess and take one vacation after another. You seem to have time to go on the “news” programs and give interviews. You seem to have time to “probe” and hold hearings. You seem to find Russians everywhere, while finding them nowhere.

Speaking of vacations and recesses, you have a vacation coming up real soon. When you come back from your vacation it will be the middle of July. Then you will have about 2 weeks before your August recess. How much can you get accomplished in just 2 weeks? I mean after all you had nearly 7 years to come up with a plan to repeal Obamacare and apparently that was not enough time. So in 2 weeks you plan to come up with a “fix” for Obamacare. Do not forget we are still waiting on a tax “fix” and a border wall among other things. Speaking of the border issue, how much time do you really need? I guess over 30 years was not enough. Seems to me some one said something like; Do this now and never have to do it again.

You people are truly overworked. Oh, by-the-way September comes after August, that means budget time. You have the same amount of days available to work as do most Americans that still have jobs. I put in over 40 hours a week and still manage to have time to goof off. How many hours do you manage to put in every week actually working? My guess is next to none.

So tell us the truth. Are you ever going to secure the southern border? Are you even planning on “fixing” Obamacare? Are you even planning on addressing the tax issue? My guess is NO to each question.

Maybe I am being to hard on you. After all why should you do anything right now, you have plenty of time. Next year you could do it all. After all if you did these things now the voters might forget. If you manage to get it all done next year it would still be fresh in the voters minds. Would it not? This is not an election year, next year is. No, this is not your plan.

Do nothing this year and next year and the voters will remember. President Trump does not face re-election until 2020, while the House as well as 1/3 of the Senate face re-election in 2018. Is that your plan to do nothing and risk losing control of the House and the Senate in 2018? If that were to happen the years 2019 and 2020 would be lost, absolutely nothing meaningful would get done. That would place the re-election of President Trump in jeopardy. My guess is this is your plan.

Which is it you despise the most President Trump, the American people or America?

A War is being waged, not just any War but a Civil War, bot just any Civil War but a Political Civil War. A Civil War between political factions, within the same country. A country that is divided along political lines. Two opposing “armies” readying for battle. Two countries within a single country, like parasites, so I shall call them parasites. Each trying to remake(reconstruct)the host nation in the image of the parasite. For simplicity I will call one parasite RNC and the other parasite DNC. Each parasite has its own president or dictator. Each parasite has its own mascot. The mascot for the parasite RNC is an elephant(pachyderm). The mascot for the parasite DNC is a donkey(jack ass). Each parasite has a notional color. RNC is Red. DNC is Blue. Each parasite has a National Flag which also serves as its Battle Flag. RNC has a Red Flag. DNC has a Blue Flag. For simplicity for the Remainder of this post, unless special circumstances arise, I will refer to them as Red Forces and Blue Forces.

For many years the Red and Blue Forces have been locked in a struggle, political struggle, for total and absolute control for the Republic known as the United States of America. In years past the Red and Blue Forces took to the field in July preceding the November elections. That was then this is now. These days the political “season” never ends. The elected members of Congress spend more time campaigning and fund-raising than they do in governing this Republic. They simply have found it easier and more beneficial for and to them to Govern less and Rule more. The map of this republic during the election season represents the political parties. It does not represent the Freedoms and Liberties that the Continental Army fought so hard for. The political battles of the past and those of the present have caused this Republic to become a nation of “Untied” States. Sadly, this Republic is no longer United in Cause or Vision. The common bonds that held this Republic together are becoming strained, and in some cases non-existent. Much like a rubber band stretched to the point of breaking, at some point it will snap if the tension remains high.

History does repeat itself and each time it does it becomes increasingly expensive. Take a look back in history and see the root cause of almost all “Civil Wars”. You will find Politics and political factions have caused almost all civil wars. The rest was caused by Despotic Tyrannical Governments.

Now, back to the Political Civil War. Picture this in your mind. The Red and Blue Forces are preparing to meet each other again.
The president/dictator(Chair) of RNC has placed the Red Forces on full alert. The Generals are putting on their uniforms and alerting all subordinate units. Big Business is activated. The Special Interest Groups are activated. Donors are contacted as funding for the battle will be needed.
The president/dictator(Chair)of DNC has placed the Blue Forces on full alert. The Generals are putting on their uniforms and alerting all subordinate units. The main stream media outlets are activated. The colleges and universities are activated. They may have a hard time activating the ones who are in their safe-spaces. Special Interest groups are activated. Rioters disguised as protesters are activated. Donors are contacted as funding for the battle will be needed.

Now you are really going to work hard to even visualize this part, a true stretch of the imagination. Picture this.
General Paul Ryan, the Speaker of the House, standing there in his uniform. Rallying the Red Forces in the House. He is the one chosen to lead them into battle.
General Mitch McConnell, Senate Majority Leader, standing there in his uniform. Rallying the Red Forces in the Senate. He is the one chosen to lead them into battle.
General Nancy Pelosi, House Minority Leader, standing there in her uniform. Rallying the Blue Forces in the House. She is the one chosen to lead them into battle.
General Chuck Schumer, Senate Minority Leader, standing there in his uniform. Rallying the Blue Forces in the Senate. He is the one chosen to lead them into battle.
(Almost fell out of my chair typing that part, what with laughing so hard.)
Each of their Lieutenants doing their part to rally all of the subordinate and supporting units.

That is damned hard to imagine ain’t it? Would you really follow those clowns anywhere or for any reason. Look at the members of Congress. Would you really be foolish enough to let them lead you anywhere? Hell, I would not even follow them down a hallway. I mean really, just look at them.(ROTFLMFAO)

This is the scene that plays out everyday in “The Swamp”(Washington D.C.). The Red Forces fighting for total and absolute control of everything in and about this Republic. The Blue Forces doing the same thing. Both the Red and Blue forces have the same goal in mind, they only argue about which path to take.

When all the seats in Congress are filled, there are a total of 535 combatants. They never suffer, the only time they become a casualty is when they either lose an election or get caught with their hand(s) in the “cookie jar”. By far the greatest number of casualties in this Political Civil War come from the citizens of the Republic, most often those in the middle-class. The political parties may from time to time suffer a minor setback, but they rebound. The Republic however, may not rebound from all the set backs caused by this continuing Political Civil War.

Each passing day proves my ancestors were correct.

In name only my backside

I’m thinking over the course of the next few weeks and months the republicans in Congress are going to reveal something or possibly many things about themselves to the Peoples of this Republic. Now that the “fix” for Obamacare has been pulled of the table, and the spending bill continues the government pretty much as it was, still funding the things that the so-called republican conservatives promised they would fight. By the way still no Wall.

Concerning Obamacare, now I understand that some republican congress critters all of a sudden love it. They have been referred to as “moderate republicans”, last I heard it was 18 of them. They do not want to change a thing. This has led to the term RINO’s(Republican In Name Only)being bandied about. I have no idea when or where the term RINO’s came about, and I really do not care. I had even referred to some republicans as being a RINO. I no longer do that. I began to referring to them as CINO’s(Conservatives In Name Only). I will no longer do that either. Quite frankly there is not other name to attach to them other than republican.

Since I am of the opinion that the republican party is the party of “big government and big business”, has been since the days of the federalist party and still is today. I would like to say that I do not believe that there is any such thing as a moderate republican. It is impossible. Being a “moderate republican” would be the same as a woman being almost pregnant. You are either a republican or you are not, one can only be pregnant or not. I mean after all what would a moderate republican stand for, a moderate government in size and power?

Let me get back to this Obamacare thing for just a minute. The democrats passed Obamacare without a single republican supporting it. So you must have been opposed to it right? None of you claimed that their was one good part or thing about it. If you were opposed to it, it would make good sense that you get rid of it now. You claimed then if you had control of the House you could get rid of it. You got control of the house. You did not manage to get rid of it. Them you said that if you got control of the Senate you could get rid of it. You got control of the Senate. You did not manage to get rid of it. Then you said if only you had control of the White House you could get rid of it. Your party now has control of the House, the Senate and the White House. You still can’t seem to get rid of it. You just did not get the president you wanted or expected. I might also mention that each and every spending bill including the latest one fully funds Obamacare. Come on admit it, you love the damn thing don’t you?

I think the American voters have been had, yet again. No, I know that we have been had. You have no intention of getting rid of Obamacare, never had never will. The democrats did for you what you would not do for you. Obamacare gave the federal government even more control over the American people and their lives. You are not going to give back that power. You will never repeal Obamacare. If you do replace it, it will with a republican plan, it will still be a government plan that controls people’s lives. You will win, we will lose.

Now let’s get to Planned Parenthood for just a moment. You were appalled when the videos were released of baby parts being sold. Where is your anger now? You funded them again. You’ve funded them every time. Explain that to me. You really weren’t appalled were you?

If the government was about to be shut down because the money was running out, where did you come up with the over 1 Trillion Dollars in your spending bill? You did not borrow it did you? You always wait for the very last minute and then come up with a bill that runs at least one thousand pages and piles of money. Was it just more smoke and mirrors? Political drama.

Since the new spending bill will take the government through the end of September you are pretty much finished for the year. You can now start planning your summer vacation. Lord knows you need one, what with being overworked and all. By the way do stop by and tell us of all the wonderful things you have accomplished. You will come back just in time to do a panic spending bill again. More political drama. I mean after you must not let the government shutdown. What would we do?

Now let me get back to your big government for just a minute. Both parties are all about the growth of government. The democrats are at least honest about it, where you deceive the voters at every turn. We, the voters that have been supporting you for so long have just been slapped in the face, again. It would seem that the republican party is the party of watch what we do, do not worry about what we say, when it comes to government. You are like Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. The campaigning republican is not the same one that gets sworn into office.

Now let’s talk about your so-called principles for a bit. Some of you would not support President Trump during his campaign, you said doing so against your principles. It would seem that building up debts and running deficits as far as the eye can see is not against your principles. It would also seem that funding Planned Parenthood, an organization you claim to despise, does not go against your principles. It would further seem that stopping or even controlling illegal entry into this Republic would go against your principles. It would seem that the only thing that does go against your principles is losing an election. I don’t know but I have a suspicion that the very same ones who would not support President Trump then are the same ones who are fighting so hard against him now.

You are not Conservatives or Constitutional Conservatives, no matter your claims or the claims of the talking heads. You are republicans, plain and simple. I still would rather be in the company of Skunk than a republican politician. Go ahead prove me wrong.

I might add that the only reason that the conservatives even hang out in you party is that we don’t have any where to else to go. Not yet anyway.

On a personal note. Still looking for a political home. A couple looked “promising”. But that is what you have been doing for years. Promising and never delivering. Probably going to opt to be politically homeless.

There has got to be a reason

I mean really, there has got to be a reason. There must be a reason why the Liberal Socialists keep “shooting” at us down here, you know in Dixie. The War Between the States ended some 152 years ago. Yet today, there are still volleys being fired at Dixie, our Culture and our Heritage. The latest volley fired at our Culture and Heritage came from within Louisiana itself. The sad part is that Louisiana is not the only State firing volleys at itself, Georgia and South Carolina have also willing participated in the Destruction of Our Culture and Heritage. I would imagine that this is an occurrence all across Dixie. Even here in Florida it is happening. At least in this county the Flags went back up, political reasons(pressure).

What happened here in Marion County is a major problem all across Dixie. It was the politicians who had them taken down and it was the politicians who had them put back up. Who knows what the politicians will do next? They did not stand their ground and were pressured to take down the Confederate States of America Flag. Then they were pressured to put It back up. Politicians are like a weak tree they go which ever was the wind blows, not just the limbs but down to the roots.

The major problem with politics in the Southern States is that the political and economic interests of the South are ignored. One of the biggest reasons is that the politicians at the federal level are more concerned with the interests of their political party than the interests of the People or States they are sent to represent. It is no better at the State and only slightly better at the County level. My belief is that the politicians allegedly representing the South and the Southern people are at worst “carpet baggers” and at best “scalawags”. As said in the last post, I consider a Skunk better company than a politician.

Let’s leave politics(though it is the root of the problem, always has been and always will be)and discuss what is really happening down here in Dixie.

What is happening here in Dixie is nothing less than Cultural Genocide, the attempted total elimination of a culture. The destruction Southern Culture and in the process destroy our Heritage. There are only two groups engaged in the Cultural Genocide of the South.
The first group is composed of those who do not care about any Culture or any Heritage. They seek to keep this Republic in a never-ending process of Destruction and Reconstruction. These people are on a mission and there is nothing I or anyone else can say that will cause them to stop. Therefore there is really no need to address them, they can not be reasoned with.
The second group is those who do not know. You do not know for lack of education, you are well-educated. You were taught well, but you were not taught the truth. I will give you the benefit of the doubt. These are the people I address, you can be reasoned with. You must teach yourself, it does take time. When you are exposed to the truth you may just come away with a different view of the South, the Southern People our Culture and our Heritage. You may find the reason, the real reason, we from the South love our Culture and Heritage so much. You may even be opposed to the Cultural Genocide occurring in Dixie today. You may join us in protecting what is dear, you may even become an Honorary Southerner. Dixie is a real catchy tune.

In case you, in the second group, can not be reasoned with and/or simply refuse to learn and accept the truth, this is for you. The Southern Culture is about much more than Flags, Statues and Monuments, those are only inanimate objects erected in honor of memories and our heroes from the past. Seeing them does cause a certain amount of passion in me, patriotic passion. They are a part of our Heritage, a Heritage we do not want to see torn down. You may one day complete your works of destruction of our Flags, Statues and Monuments. You will however never complete your works of destruction on our Culture, if that were to ever happen it would truly be a terrible day for this Republic. You make get some lily livered politicians to side with you, you may even cause some Southerners who have been brow beaten for so long they too will side with you. But you will still be left with those of in who will never deny their Southern Culture or Heritage. For that to happen we will have to be destroyed. In our ranks there are those who refuse to be Reconstructed and those who are becoming Unreconstructed. To accomplish that task you will need help. During the Revolutionary War the King of Britain needed help as he was unable to subdue the Colonials with his might, he had to seek help to complete his works of destruction(see the Declaration of Independence). You may have been taught how that turned out.

Are you confused by now? In case you did not know I am a veteran of the U.S. Army, served over 20 years. Actually you should not be confused at all. If you look back through the history of this Republic and it’s Military, you will find that with the exception of The War Between the States, Southerners made up the majority of the volunteers in the military. No other region of this Republic has contributed so much in the way of manpower for our fighting forces. Consequently no other people has paid a higher price in fighting for this country. Military service is also a part of our Culture as well as our Heritage. We answer the call.

I need to make a side trip here for just a minute concerning our military and the Warrior Culture. If you do not believe that Cultural Genocide is possible you should check out an article I found the other day. Found it in my reader, a re-blog by none other than Gunny G, which sent me to Free Republic with a link to US Defense Watch. The article can be found at US Defense Watch titled: How Desert Storm Destroyed the US Military. Read it you will find out that Cultural Genocide is entirely possible, the Warrior Culture. If you desire further reading check out sentinelblog, a post from Frontpage Mag entitled; The Bay of Pigs 56 Years Later. Read it to the end, it might open your eyes concerning Southern Culture.

Now back to Southern Culture. A lot of Southern Culture is just plain good manners. Holding a door for a Lady. Standing for Lady so she can sit, offering a seat. Respect for our elders, saying Yes Sir or Yes Ma’am. Not to brag on myself, and I am sure that other Southerners do the same on a daily basis. I have gotten out of line to let Ladies go ahead of me at the check out counter. Just the other day I was almost to the register, my few items were already on the belt. There was an elderly gentleman and his wife behind me, I promptly removed my items and told the gentleman that he and his wife could go ahead. He of course refused, I insisted. His wife then declined so I honored her wishes and placed my few items back on the belt. All just plain good manners.

There is another thing about Southerners, we are a tolerant people. Well to a point. Even when we are forced into intolerance we are nice about it. We say things like; “Well Bless your heart”, even when something more harsh would be needed. Well that is what our Southern Ladies might say. Sometimes the men will say what needs said or do what needs doing.

There is another thing about us down here when it comes to meddlesome people and the like. We just say “Just Leave Us Be”. We also do not believe that Might makes Right. We believe that Right is Right and Wrong is Wrong.

Come on down and meet some real Southerners, you might just take a liking to us. There is one more thing we are a respectful people, we give it freely and we expect it in return. Don’t make us say, I wish “Those People” would just go back where they came from.

April is Confederate History Month, in case you did not know. Come celebrate with us, we just sit around have a good time and go “visiting” not bothering a soul. Going “Visiting” tomorrow, had to work the 26th.

This is not what I voted for

Good grief. There has to be something better than what we have. Kind of looks like we re-elected a Congress of “can kickers”. Year in and year out we get the same result from our congress critters. Has none of them have the intestinal fortitude to force the leadership in both the House and Senate to do their freaking job? Oh, I forgot for a moment that Congress elects their own leaders. Can kickers electing other can kickers to be the leaders of the can kickers as a whole.

You tell me and expect the rest of this Republic to believe you did not know that today was coming? It and all of the drama that goes along with a “possible government shutdown”. You knew this day was coming from the day you were elected. Must you always wait until the last freaking minute? Let me do the math for you. It may be a little difficult as I am the product of the Public School System, the very same Public School System you rammed down the throats of the good citizens of this Republic. You critters were sworn in January the Third. January has 31 Days(checking my knuckles just to be sure, yep 31, high spot). 31 minus 3 = 28(had to use a calculator for that). So for those 28 days you did nothing. February has 28 days(just a minute checking my knuckles again, yep low spot, wait have to check a calendar, yep 28, 2017 is an odd year no possibility of being a leap year). So for the 28 days of February you did nothing. Hold on while I again consult my calculator. 28 plus 28 = 56, so for a total of 56 days you did nothing. Then came March, March has 31 days(consulting my knuckles again, yep high spot 31). Damn more math, just a minute getting my calculator 28+28+31=87, so for a total 87 days you did nothing. Now it is the 28th day of April(won’t need to consult my knuckles this time, but I will still need my calculator). Damn even more math 28+28+31+28=115, that means that for 115 days you could not put together a funding bill for the government, much less a budget.

The best you could do was an extension, a one week extension. Do you really believe that you can do in 7 days what you could not do in 115 days? Worse that do you expect me to believe you can do in 7 days what you could not do in 115 days?

This is the truth of the matter. This Republic is controlled by 2 political parties, one which can not and will not do the right thing and the other that can not be brought to do the right thing. You care more for yourselves and your continued happiness more than you do for this Republic or it’s legal and lawful inhabitants. Let me prove that with this. You knew from the day you were elected that the government would run out of money on April, 28th 2017. You also knew this day was coming before you went on vacation, you went on vacation anyway. You would not even delay or postpone your vacation, you mattered most.

I can’t wait to see how far you kick the rest down the road. The border wall. Repeal of Obamacare. And the rest. This is how I see it. When all of you congress critters are present and all the seats are filled there are 535 of you. 535 elected welfare recipients.

I was sitting on the back porch a while ago and a Skunk happened to pass by, man, that was brutal. But I can’t get mad with the Skunk, after all that is what Skunks do they Stink. Then it donned on me, I would rather be in the presence of a Skunk than any of you congress critters. At least a Skunk does exactly what a Skunk is supposed to do.

The Politician and the Mooch

Two of the greatest threats to Liberty and Freedom are the politicians and the moochers. The politician and the political system uses wealth redistribution to create a welfare state. The welfare state provides for the moocher what he or she could not or would not provide for themselves. The government politician believes that each and every problem in society(even if government created the problem to start with)can be fixed with another tax-payer funded(welfare)program, or two or three. The moocher spends his or her entire life looking in other people’s wallets, wanting what others have but unwilling to work for it.

The politician is wedded to the moocher. The moocher is wedded to the politician. It is a marriage made in Hell and will always be so. There is now way that one is willing to divorce the other. I would even say that you could not separate the politician from the moocher or the moocher from the politician with a crow bar. It is a relationship of dependency, want and need. The moocher wants that which they are not entitled to and most certainly did not earn. The politician needs votes.

Like many others, I will not voluntarily lift a finger to help those who will not help themselves. If you do not work you do not eat. I will offer a hand-up to those who at least try to better themselves. I will not give a hand-out to anyone, no how no way. I also believe that as far as entitlements go, a person is entitled to exactly what they have earned, no more or less. If a person feels that they deserve better or are entitled to better or more, they had best be willing to work for it. Welfare is not an entitlement.

The moochers know that I would not freely hand over my property to them. This is where they need the government. If they want what is mine they must rely on the government to take it, even by force. The moochers depend on a government that would use force to take from another to give to them. We have reached tax season, which should be officially titled “Open season on the producers of this Republic”.

On a personal note. Just putting the finishing touches on my taxes for last year. Forms are filled out(checked and double checked), W-2’s attached, 1099-R attached, envelope addressed only one more thing to do before mailing it on Monday. And that one more thing is to write out a check, a substantial check to send to the government. Another “pound of flesh”.

So let me discuss the politicians and the moochers.

First, let me address the politicians for just a minute or two, possibly more. You have caused all of this. You have created a Tax Code that will at some point eventually kill off the middle class, bleed us dry so to speak. The tax code you created is exactly what will sooner or later bite you in the ass. You write tax laws that protect the wealthy. You do this because you need their money for your campaigns, either for election or re-election. If you take their money by taxation or even seriously move in that direction, you will get no more donations. At this moment you only pay lip service with talk like, “the rich need to pay their fair share”. So what you do is you buy the support and the votes of the wealthy by not “making them pay their fair share”. You can’t really tax the moochers. Why? Glad you asked. You wrote and write tax codes that created them. You get to give them other people’s money in order to “buy” their votes and loyalty. There is simply not enough wealthy voters to elect you if the moochers turn on you. You are wed to the wealthy because of money, while being wed to the moochers because of votes. You truly are an unfaithful lot.

When it comes to “paying one’s fair share” you politicians have yet to ever say what the fair share is or might be. There must be reason you never attach a number to the fair share thing. There is another thing that deserves mention. Not only are you the ones who decide how much money to spend or give away you have also took it upon yourselves to be the decider of who pays taxes and how much.

Here is what you politicians do not understand. The only vote you do not have to buy is the vote of the true middle class. Our vote is not for sale. Our vote is earned. How do you earn our vote? Again, glad you asked. How about something as simple as governing by the Constitution. That is all I ask. Your job came with an instruction manual, you probably should have read and applied it.

You, the politicians, might want to start getting busy with that little task. The middle class is ever shrinking, we are no longer young. We will at some point leave the work force. There will come a time when income will no longer exist for you to tax the crap out of. You will at some point need another source of revenue. The wealthy will not stand for you taxing the crap out of them. Your only other choice will to yank the government teat out of the mouths of the moochers. They will never stand for that. You will soon be between a rock and a hard spot. As for the political practice of Borrow and Spend sooner or later no one will loan you money to spend. If you can’t tax and you can’t borrow how will government exist?

Just because you pull the government teat from the mouths of the moochers does not mean that their appetite for “free” money is or will be satisfied. They will still demand more and more. You created them and you will have to live with your creation. They will look for it. It will do them not good to look in my direction, for you will have already taken all I have and given all I had to them. As they say you can not get blood from a turnip. They will look to you. You will at that point have two choices. First give them your property. Second is to become Robin Hood, take from the rich and give to the poor. Pretty much going to suck to be you.

Now to the moochers. These are the one’s who need the protection of government, they will never seek protection from government. More than that they stand in the way of those who seek to limit government. How? Glad you asked. They vote to keep their protected status. By being protected and provided for by government, they rely on government to devise a plan for others to provide for them what they either can not or will not provide for themselves. The plan government uses is the Tax Codes. They receive money from government that they have never earned. There was a time when a tax refund check was a refund of the money the government took from the wage earned that was a bit too much. Those times are long gone. Now the moochers receive more than they ever paid in, thousands of more dollars. They spend the money like it was water. Making purchases they would not otherwise make, again regardless of cost, because it actually cost them nothing. Money spends pretty easy when it is the money of other people. Money spends hard when it is your money.

They receive income, tax-free income, courtesy of the government. It is not a loan it is a hand-out, never will it be required to be paid back. They receive subsidies to feed their family, tax-free of course. It is sad when a moocher eats better than the middle class, the true middle class. It is even worse when a moocher can provide for his or her family better than a true middle class American can.

They feel entitled to the property of others. They exist solely because of the endeavors of others. They exist because government, through the Tax Codes take by force from others and give to them. They are the freeloaders of society, they demand a free lunch. There is no free lunch, someone somewhere must foot the bill. They demand their needs and wants be serviced no matter the cost. They make these demands because it costs them nothing. They would scream bloody murder if they had to pay the cost. But they do not have to worry about that, government is the way and the means. They are protected by the “bloody bayonet” of government. The very same “bloody bayonet” that has pinned States Rights, Conservatism, the Middle-Class and Christianity to the ground.

To be fair about the whole moocher thing, there are two types in the moocher class.
First are those in the Moocher class by choice, courtesy of government. These know what they are. They have remained on government assistance for generations, and will remain so for generations to come. They have never contributed a single dime to the Welfare of the Republic. They only take and demand more.
Second are those in the Moocher class because of the government. These do not even realize they are moochers. How? Glad you asked. A political smoke screen, what we used to call “smoke and mirrors”. These are the ones who actually work, some even earn what would be called middle class wages. These actually think that they are contributing to the welfare of the Republic. How? Again glad you asked. The tax code is written in such a way that it appears that they actually pay taxes, after all their pay stub shows payroll taxes were deducted. This is where the smoke and mirrors come in to play. The truth is revealed when it come time to file taxes. They get back every dime they paid in and additionally get thousands and in some cases many more thousands than they ever paid in, depending on how many children they have managed to download. This is what ticks me off even more about “those people” is that after they get their “tax refund” they march their happy asses down to the Food Stamp office to get their additional “benefit”. Their next stop will be the WIC office for even more “benefits”. Always taking as much as they can, after all they are “entitled” says the government.

No matter the circumstance of your arrival in the moocher class, both have at least two things in common. First, neither will vote for anyone who will give them less. That is because you will only demand more. Second, the only effort you will exert is the effort to remain a moocher. You have no desire to enter the true middle class. You wouldn’t dare.

Since I have not heard of a single person returning their Tax “refund” back to the government, I assume none of you did. So you spend that money, have good time, buy lots of stuff and please do enjoy yourselves. Do one thing for me if you do not mind, make sure some of the stuff you buy has payments attached, like a new car. You can not afford a new car and the payments associated with it. This is going to cause you to have to sell some of your other property. Perhaps to a Pawn Shop. It does my heart good to see a big flat screen TV, game console and the like in a pawn shop. Oh, do not worry I will pass it by no matter the cost. Why you ask? I already paid for it once. I’ll be damned if I will buy it again.

Oh, another thing. Just because you happen to “qualify” for all or some of the welfare programs does not mean you have to go get it. But go ahead and take all you can. The more you take the sooner it will run out. Enjoy it while you can and all you can, after all it has cost you nothing, yet.

You the politicians and moochers have pretty much run this Republic into the ground. It can still be saved. There is time, there is always time until there is no more time. But, then again I believe that neither the politicians or the moochers give a damn. You will both run out the clock. Stupidity and Greed.

Same old Song and Dance

The motto of the republican party should be, “Making Excuses Again”. It seems that the republican party establishment has no intention of doing anything, except making even more excuses. They never had a plan to repeal Obamacare, and it is even quite possible they never had any intention of doing so. They the republicans in congress have had since the ACA was passed to come up with a better plan. But then again it was never about care in the first place. What the ACA was about was government, Big Government, which suits the republican establishment just fine. After all the republican party was founded on the principles of centralized government, strong government, big government. The ACA was never about affordability or care, it was about government force. The government by passing this law had a way to force the American populace to buy something they neither wanted or needed.

The republican leadership has a plan, but their plan is not what the populace wanted or expected. There never was a plan to repeal much less replace the ACA. The only plan the republicans have is a plan to stay in power. There is one group of republicans that plan to make changes in small steps or phases over time, a protracted period of time. Come the next election which is about 19 months away the entire House and 1/3 of the Senate will be up for re-election. I can just hear the republicans running for election or re-election now, we are almost there on the way to repealing and replacing Obamacare. Keep us in control and we can finish the job. There is yet another group of republicans saying, slow down we have plenty of time we have to get this right.

They have two plans actually. One is to do nothing, but stay in control of the House and Senate, the other is to have a scape-goat. If the republicans lose control of either the House or Senate, possibly both, they can blame us the electorate for them not getting the job done. They will blame the voters for their failures, even though they have had years to get this done. If they somehow to retain control of the House and Senate they will blame the democrats for obstructing them. All they have to do at this minute is to look in the mirror and they will see the real problem. It is the republicans, they lack the intestinal fortitude to do the right thing. They obviously stand for nothing.

Since 2010 they have made claims that each of their gains were not enough. Now they have everything and again we get nothing. A few posts back I equated the 2016 elections to that of the Normandy invasion, now it appears that the 2016 elections have become the equivalent of the Anzio landing. Rather than go inland they instead remain on the beach.

It seems that the republicans, are just that republicans. There are a few Conservatives strewn about in the republican party but not enough, there may even be some hiding among the democrats. There are some in the republican party that claim to be conservatives, but have no idea what conservatism is. To them it is just a word, but it more than just a word. A politician will understand the meaning of conservatism.

There is an old saying concerning socialists and communists. It goes something like, A communist is no more than an impatient socialist. Socialism and Communism are both about big government. The communist wants it now, the socialist is patient, willing to take time. The end result is the same. Destruction of Conservatism. It is not only that the republicans will fail the legal and lawful citizens of this republic when it comes to the ACA, they will fail America on everything. Political party first.

I reckon this is what happens when there is only one political party, there will be only one type of government. It will not be the type of government left to us by the Founding Fathers, it will instead continue to be the one they warned us about.

One does have to wonder

What exactly is the objective of the rioters? I mean really what is it they want or do not want? Do they really think that rioting and protesting are one and the same? Could it be that they have gone full Orwellian?

It is obvious that they live in an Alternate World. A World where Lies are Truths and Truths are Lies. A World where Peace is War and War is Peace. A World where Anarchy is Law and Order and Law and Order is Anarchy. A World where Love is Hate and Hate is Love. A World where Tolerance is Intolerance and Intolerance is Tolerance. A World where Democracy is Fascism and Fascism is Democracy. A World where Wrong is Right and Right is Wrong.

As for me, I believe that all this began with the Education system, no not education but Indoctrination. This is proven by the appearance of so-called educators participating and encouraging the riots. The problem with these “wacked-out” educators, is that they are teaching the next generation, no not teaching but continuing the indoctrination process of the next generation. The next generation of what you ask? The next generation of Educators, Doctors, Lawyers, Corporate Executives, Journalists, Engineers and even Politicians. Think about this for just a minute. When you send your children to Public School will they receive a good education or will they be further indoctrinated? Scary thought, isn’t it?

It is possible that the Leftist Liberal Socialist Progressives have taken the position of “If we can’t have it then no one can” when it comes to this Republic. There is also the old mantra of the Socialists to consider, “The ends justify the means”. If their objective is to Transform this Republic from a Constitutional Republic into a Socialist Nation they have little care as to how the accomplish their task. Whether it be the riots, threats against President Trump, vicious attacks on Trump supporters or vicious attacks on anyone who has a differing opinion.

They risk being arrested and charged with crimes because of the rioting, but they do not care if this is the price they must pay to reach their ends. They damage and destroy public and private property again without care. One has to wonder how far are they will to go to accomplish their ends. How far will they go? They have faced little opposition and few have been arrested. Law enforcement has done little to stop the unrest(rioting), so what happens when it spreads? Can or will Law-Enforcement allow it to continue? At some point Law-Enforcement will step in and attempt to restore law and order and they know that. Maybe that is their temporary objective, just a step towards their ultimate ends. Law-Enforcement intervention will give them a new cause in their quest. They will get to shout “Police Brutality”. Could that be it, could they be seeking a large-scale confrontation with the Police? If the Leftist Liberal Socialist Progressive rioters were only seeking a large-scale confrontation with the Police(government)they would not be engaging in personal vicious attacks on individuals. They would instead stick with property destruction and general mayhem.

No, I think that the Leftist Liberal Socialist Progressives will not settle for just a confrontation with Law-Enforcement. The quickest way to their goal of a Socialist Nation is to turn the citizens on each other, a Civil War. They engage in vicious attacks on individuals because they know that sooner or later those being attacked will reach a point where they will take no more. They may be right on that point. From the videos that I have seen the rioters specialize in sneak attacks. There was one where a lady’s hair was almost set afire. There was another where a lady was sprayed with pepper spray. There was another where a fellow was sucker punched. The examples go on from there. At present Law-Enforcement is not doing much to help curb or stop the violence. At some point if the Police do not act, and act in a decisive manner, the people being attacked will act and it will be decisive and instantaneous. I do realize that these riots, violence and vicious attacks are occurring in Leftist Liberal Socialist Progressive strongholds and have to wonder if action would be taken if the “shoe was on the other foot”, so to speak. I somehow think that it would.

The Leftist Liberal Socialist Progressive protesters and certainly the rioters, of the same ilk claim to be protesting against Fascism, yet they are the ones demonstrating that they are indeed Fascists. They demand First Amendment, free speech protections yet deny those of opposing views their Right to Free Speech. They destroy property, private property as well as public property. These are some of the things done in the name of Fascism, not in opposition to it.

Mob Mentality is prevalent in protests that turn into riots. No one thinks for themselves they just follow the crowd, sort of like Lemmings. They go where they are led, unwavering and unquestioning. The excuse, is that they just get “caught up in the moment”. The reason, is that they have no self-control, no moral compass and most importantly no sense of right and wrong.

The Super Bowl is over and soon there will undoubtedly be a “Victory Parade”. It will start out peaceful enough, but will it end that way? The Champion is from a Leftist Liberal Socialist Progressive stronghold, come to think of it so is the Loser. There will certainly be dedicated fans there to cheer on their “heroes”. There will also be those present looking for the opportunity to turn a celebration in to a riot. If it turn riotous watch the mob mentality take over.

With that many people taking to the streets things could get ugly in a hurry. But then it is just a “Means to their end”.
