Selective enforcement

A terrible door was opened when BHO began on his own, without Congress, delaying aspects of Obamacare and allowing waivers for certain groups. Congress took no action to stop him then, and now can take no action to stop the liberal agenda. The actions of BHO and the inactions of Congress have now ushered in the era of selective enforcement. If the trend of inaction by Congress continues they will give BHO and his administration complete and total control of the government and the people. It will be here, as it was in Nazi Germany when the Enabling Act was made law. The Congress, Parliament as it was known, had no authority to pass legislation, Hitler and his henchmen made and enforced all laws, the Constitution was null and void. The Weimar Constitution was never repealed, it was simply nullified by the Enabling Act. The biggest problem with selective enforcement is that it begins with selecting who the laws are enforced upon and who is exempt from enforcement, as one group is helpless the next group is chosen for enforcement, eventually eliminating all opposition. Think that can not happen here.

The IRS singling out the Tea Party groups was the use of an arm of the administration for enforcement of tax laws and codes. The Tea Party groups had to meet different standards than liberal groups. The silencing of the opposition began with this. Was this action taken by the administration on its own or did congress authorize it? Who will be silenced by the actions of the administration, and the inaction of Congress next? It may even be revealed that some members of Congress approved and encouraged the IRS actions, yes both parties. Added to this the IRS does not pursue tax cheats with the same aggression, some are not pursued at all and even given administration posts, while others are constantly hounded.

The sudden aggression by the BLM, in Bunkerville, has yet to be explained or justified by government.

Then there is this, the training, arming and equipping the law enforcement agencies and agencies in the administration just as well if not better than the military. For what purpose? Is there an external threat being faced in America that the population is unaware of? Is there an internal threat caused by selective enforcement of the borders? Or does the government fear the people? For a liberal administration, with liberal supporters that are so opposed to guns, none have even let out a whimper about the governments acquisition of ammunition, weapons and explosives. Are they really okay with the government having all the guns and power? As pointed out in previous posts the money used to fund the social welfare programs are a constant and unnecessary drain on the national treasure. The public, that is tax, money may be running out, the only money left soon may be personal wealth.

If enforcement of immigration laws is silly, why do we even have and pay for border patrol. If you do not enforce these laws why maintain an agency that is supposed to enforce the laws? What is their purpose? Could they be used to keep the people in that wish to escape persecution? No one is being kept out. The Border Patrol Agents are told to run away and seek cover if an illegal throws rocks at them. Will they have the same orders when people try to escape?

The time for Americans to unite is upon us, we can not let government separate us. What matters to you may not matter to me, and what matters to me may not matter to you, however we must stand for each other. If any group is silenced and falls by the wayside there will be fewer people to defend you, when your time comes, and it will.

Freedom and Liberty could be a flourishing crop, but instead you planted the seeds of a Democracy, you reap what you sow.

What you should have been spreading and supporting was the establishment of Constitutional Republics, but no you had to spread and support Democracy. The United States began as a Constitutional Republic, meaning that the founding documents were drafted and approved before the people were elected to fill the Constitutional Offices. The words Democracy and Democrat are not mentioned once in the constitution or any of the other founding documents. As a matter of fact the U.S. Constitution even goes so far as to guarantee each state a Republican form of government. The Pledge of Allegiance even refers to America as a Republic. The word Republican used here does not in any shape, manner or fashion mean the Republican Party, it simply means a Republic and that manner of government. The word Democrat used here does not in any manner, shape or fashion mean the Democratic Party, it simply means a Democracy and that manner of government. The Founding Fathers went to great lengths in speech and writing to avoid the establishment of America as a Democracy or anything even close in resemblance. They distrusted a Democracy and any one that was labeled a Democrat even less than they trusted a full-time standing Army. Calling someone a Democrat was akin to the usage of a “racial slur”, and as they used to say “them was fighting words”. Why does the Constitution only authorize and allow an army to be funded for two years at a time, yet has no time limit on a Navy to be funded? Simple, No trust of a full-time standing army and the Navy can be sent away. That mistrust lies with Great Britain(England), the King and the British Army and rightly so.

The idea and ideals of a Constitutional Republic is that is a Government of, by and for the People. The Founding Fathers recognized that there would even be a time when the unlawful(meaning those that would not obey the laws of God and nature)would be of great number in the Republic that would only obey the Law of Man and will only do that as long as they want. Congress was given the authority to write laws for the good of society, not the President, not the Courts and not the various Agencies of the Federal Government. The President and the various Agencies have in a role in the faithful execution of the Law. The Courts only have a role in the interpretation of the Constitutionality of the Law. Nowhere in the Constitution is the President or any Agency authorized to arbitrarily change or enforce one or any part of a Law, only the “faithful execution of” the entire Law. If arbitrary change, selected enforcement, or imposition of the will of the President or the Courts were to be the case what would have been the purpose of the Revolutionary War? What the U.S. Constitution does do is state in plain language the “duties and responsibilities” of the three branches of government and the powers allowed. The Constitution makes very few things a criminal act, it was intended to be that way. Laws in this Republic were not written to make acts or things legal, they were written to make acts or things illegal. The more laws there are the less Freedom and Liberty there is for the people to enjoy equally.

The idea and ideals of a Democracy is that is a Government of, by and for the Majority. The Founding Fathers never intended any form of government that was “Dictated” by the Majority, as it did not and would not represent the idea and ideals of a Constitutional Republic. In a Democracy laws are written that reflect what the majority believes should be lawful or unlawful. Freedom and Liberty are not equal, the majority enjoys the most of both, as a matter of fact nothing is equal in a Democracy nor can it be. If there is a Majority then there must be a Minority. The usage of the words Majority and Minority here in no shape, manner or fashion has any thing to do with race. This again is used for the manner of government. This is illustrated by the fact that the Constitution is drafted after elections in newly established Democracies, whoever wins gets the honor and privilege of writing the Constitution. Oh, they have a draft of a proposed Constitution before the election, but the “finished product” is “massaged” by the new president or prime minister or both and the parliament and then passed. Will they write it in their best interest or that of the people? That answer is provided by all the “Democracies” around the world. Those that call themselves a Democratic Republic are the biggest joke on the world. They are a government of the majority of the people, meaning the majority is represented first, then the people if at all. They will have a Dictator or a President that receives 100% of the vote, or a rigged election designed to fool the world into believing that they really are a Democracy, and they actually are, the majority rules even if it is only one person.

The time where America degenerated from a Constitutional Republic into a Democracy started immediately following the death of the last of the Founding Fathers and was completed with the ratification of the 17th amendment to the Constitution. The 17th amendment cleared the last obstacle in the path to Democracy, the Majority was now in control of the greatest nation on earth. Now the President represents the political party and its agenda nominating political party members of his party or the like-minded of the other political party to cabinet level positions and nominating Justices and Judges that represent and reflect the parties views, not the country. The Senate is now free to represent the political party and not the State, and uses this power at every opportunity. All three branches of the federal government are politicians and represent the majority, if the majority is the majority that they want to support. Most of them remain as “remnants” of the last majority, waiting for the time when they will once again represent the majority not the People. America only exists to this day due to the fact that it began as a Constitutional Republic with limits on government powers, but the majority is now and has been chipping away at the very foundation of this nation.

When the “monster” that you have attempted to build around the world acts or starts to act as it is intended to be, a Democracy, the rule of or the vote of the majority the America government gets upset. When the Crimea held a referendum ballot to remain with The Ukraine or rejoin Mother Russia, the American government objected, even calling it illegal and unconstitutional. When The Crimea voted to rejoin Mother Russia, the world screamed in objection. Russia had a ceremony and welcomed The Crimea back into the fold. The Crimea acted in a totally Democratic fashion and yet the world screamed. The Majority spoke at the ballot box and the wish of the majority in a Democracy got their way. Now the violence is once again raging in The Ukraine, the world is once again screaming. The Ukraine may even erupt in a “civil war” because of Democracy not in spite of it. If that happens the world and the media will call it a “civil war” but it is only “Democracy” in action. The Ukraine may even attempt to put a ballot referendum in place whether to remain a Democracy or rejoin “Mother Russia”. The world will surely scream if the Majority vote to rejoin Mother Russia, but once again it will be Democracy in action. The world will object claiming it to be unlawful and unconstitutional. Russia will once again have a ceremony welcoming a lost “child” home. The Ukraine may even find itself divided and once again it will be because of Democracy not in spite of it. It will only get worse in Europe and around the world. The “Democracies” that have been set up or established in Europe and around the world will continue acting like a Democracy, (majority rule) and the people(in the minority) will reach a point where they want and demand to be heard. The world will have little choice in the matters and affairs of the Democracies around the world, as it should be, each country should be free to choose its own path. Russia is winning this confrontation with the world, and is rebuilding itself to what it considered its greatest times this time it is not with violence and oppression, but is using a tool we gave them, Democracy, the will of the Majority inflicted on all. All of the former states of the former U.S.S.R. may well voluntarily rejoin with Mother Russia in a purely Democratic form, a vote where the Majority gets its way. Maybe it should be called “Mob Rule”.

When FDR famously said that America would be the “Arsenal of Democracy” a more fitting and a better definition of America’s role would have been if he had instead said, that America would be the “Arsenal of Freedom and Liberty”. Maybe if America would have spread or attempted to spread Freedom and Liberty the world would be a much better place for the People and not the Majority.

He can see the prize from his throne

Dear Leader BHO can see the prize and it is now within his grasp. The GOP is busy fighting among themselves. The country is busy watching the crisis unfolding in The Ukraine and The Crimea and speculating on the missing airliner.

BHO will move forward with his ideas of immigration reform. As it stands now he has already threatened to act alone if Congress fails to act, he has a phone and a pen. He has two chances to accomplish this, force Congress to do something now or wait until the mid-term election results are in. He has already set a dangerous and unchallenged precedent of arbitrarily changing and amending laws to suit his goals. If you are forced into passing a bill that is to rigid, the Senate will either not bring it to the floor for debate, or send it to the President to sign knowing that he will arbitrarily change the law to fit his agenda. If you are forced into submitting a bill that is to weak you will surely lose the election. If he waits until the mid-term election results are in and the Democrats lose the Senate and the Republicans retain the House of Representatives he will use his phone and pen. Any way this plays out BHO is in a win-win situation.The Republican party can still lose in the mid-terms, snatching defeat from the jaws of victory. The Republicans should have already examined their core values and principles and recognized that The Tea Party is now what they should have always been. If the Republicans take the Senate and retain the House for the sake of this Nation elect a leadership that has some “Backbone”, and set about repairing the damages that have been done.

The stage is already set for the moochers and social parasites to do the bidding of BHO. While Congress was either being self-serving or asleep at the wheel this nation was hi-jacked and went of course. The military cuts are only the beginning of what is to come. Shrinking the Military to pre-World War 2 numbers is an insane course of action given the political instability and radicalism of the world. Pay reductions and cutting benefits will do little to maintain a strong and capable fighting force and the numbers of veteran and experienced Military members will decline, maybe that’s the plan, the numbers of career service members will surely decline. With fewer retired Military members to pay this self-serving and narcissistic President and his “tool” of a Secretary of Defense and the other Cabinet Members will use the savings to pay off their voluntary slaves. We as Military Retirees are already the smallest voting block in the country.

Just which group of illegal immigrants is he seeking immigration reform for? This is the question that has been yet to be addressed. What will be the order of citizenship and what terms will be set as the path toward citizenship? At present there are many different “classes” of illegal aliens residing in America. Are the reforms he envisions designed to be only for the illegals who crossed the southern border? If that is the case, he again divides illegals into small and controllable groups as it leaves out the ones that have over stayed their visas, crossed the northern border and the many other ways they arrive here each day. If one group is favored over another it will only promote more discourse. The reforms will be in the form of a new law, they did not obey the first law what makes the politicians believe the next one will be obeyed. Now we have the issue of states giving driving privileges to illegal aliens, the problem is that all the states honor the licenses of the various states. America is a nation of laws, or at least it is supposed to be. The mere fact that there are illegal aliens here is proof that the current laws are not being enforced and instead of punishment for breaking the law they will be rewarded for breaking the law. And yet again the Federal Government will punish the ones who did everything right to becomes citizens, and the ones who are doing the right thing and the permanent resident aliens. How did this ever become a nation that punishes citizens for lawful behavior while rewarding unlawful behavior?

BHO is a capitalist of sorts, he has capitalized on the blunders of previous administrations, the expansion of government and the ineptness of Congress. He will capitalize on the new citizens that reform will surely bring in the form of new Democratic voters. The new voters will join his ever-growing legion of voluntary government slaves. He has also capitalized on the government practice of throwing money at problems instead of addressing the problem. He has really capitalized of the moral and social corruption and the stagnation of America. He is not the first President to go around Congress to ensure his agenda comes to fruition. He has however, taken his usurpations and abuses of power to new levels and Congress and the Courts have given him the tools he needs. He has and will continue to use the “tools” that head up the Cabinet in his administration to spy, threaten and coerce, use events involving different races, continue to promote discourse and use any advantageous crisis in the world and this country to divide the people into small controllable groups. The latest attempt at racial division came in the announcement of programs to help “young men of color”, it also divides the sexes. BHO making the rounds on the talk and comedy shows is a little disturbing and “smacks” of Hugo Chavez and his constant appearances on Venezuelan television. I don’t think he was at all joking about a third term. I also believe that his constant division of America by race and income inequality is promoted by the majority of the news networks, and the both of them are looking to return to the America of the 1960’s. The race riots and war protests were tearing at the very fiber of America, and let’s not forget the domestic terrorism that was occurring during this time, some of the domestic activists and bombers even became life-long friends of BHO.

And don’t think for a minute that the radical left has missed a thing that is occurring in the world. With the advent of 24 hour news channels every upheaval and insurrection around the world is beamed into Americas living rooms constantly. If the Ukraine can erupt in protests and riots that cause a complete change in the government, what is to say it can not happen here, causing even a partial change. He has already proven on several occasions that he doesn’t need Congress and can even go around the courts. BHO is constantly on the road giving speeches about his proposed social programs and reforms he has proposed while reminding the masses that Congress stands in his way. He blames Congress in general and the House of Representatives in particular for the government shut-down and the sequester inconvenience. In case you missed it the protests began with the Occupy movement BHO, the Left and the Media were right there with them.

The definition as given by Webster’s. Reform: verb: 1a: to put or change into an improved form or condition b: to amend or improve by change of form or removal of faults or abuses 2: to put an end to(an evil)by enforcing a better method or course of action. Reform: noun: 1 amendment of what is defective, vicious, corrupt or depraved 2: a removal or correction of an abuse, a wrong or errors.

At this point the only “reform” I want to see is a reform (using the noun) of the politicians Washington D.C. The politicians at all levels of government are described in the definition of reform especially the words “corrupt and depraved”.

Now for a little history and an observation for our “distinguished and esteemed” members of Congress who seem a little confused about America. In order to avoid confusing you I will include only the years of these historic events, if you need the exact dates feel free to call. I almost forgot you are already spying and have already seen the file. It is the one titled America. The least you could do is read it while you are there, you might even learn something, I have put a lifetime of work into it. Enjoy!

A little bonus for you. This nation began as 13 colonies fighting for freedom and liberty and existed as such from 1781 through 1787 with no form of centralized Federal Government, not even having our first President until 1789. During those years this country as it was prospered because there was no tyranny, only freedom and liberty.

Realist or Visionary? Left or Right? Democrat or Republican? Why all the labels? Part 2

The Politicians, News Media and Political Activists have devised a way to take away our individualism. They simply label us either Left, Liberal, Right, Conservative, Democrat, Republican and so forth, once everyone has been labeled they become easier to sort, categorize, inventory and control. Individualism, self-reliance and self-determination are no longer recognized or tolerated by our political system. For instance, a Democrat is not allowed to be pro-life, likewise a Republican is not allowed to be pro-choice, if you do not toe the party line you can not play, and the party will not support you. That is unless, your base is not the majority and you need a little help to get elected. After the election you can just switch back, and switch back come the next election cycle. The majority of the politicians have lost sight of their core values and just move along with the herd. The Political Parties and the Politicians have no idea of their beginnings, and just like reading a map if you don’t know where you came from, you don’t knowing where you are going.
The Democratic Party evolved from the Anti-Federalist and the Democratic-Republican Parties. They favored a strict interpretation of the Constitution to restrict the powers of the Federal Government and emphasized States rights.
The Republican Party evolved from the Democratic-Republican Party. They favored business, financial and some agricultural interests and a restricted role of Government in economic life.
Somehow, over time these two political parties corrupted and perverted themselves into what they are now. Both of them have grown the Government to a point that it is in every aspect of every ones life, with no end in sight. No matter what they say or promise they will not stop or even slow the growth of the “monster” until it has consumed everything. They will not return America to the citizens. They will not give up the power they have stolen. They both have inflated opinions of their worth claiming to know better what is good for us than we do ourselves. Here is a simple test for you, it will prove how great and special you really are. Get a glass of water, stick your finger in and then pull it out, if there is a hole where your finger was then you are truly special.
The State and Local Politicians are no better, they carry on the tradition of stealing, lying and cheating. They have even resorted to class warfare lately. They have not been responsible with the property tax money, sales tax or any other fees and taxes that have been imposed on the citizens, without their consent. Now, the “monster” needs more, the more will come in the form of increased property taxes, punishing those that have caught the American Dream. Claiming more money is needed for the schools, it seems that whenever more needs to be “stolen” everyone is concerned for the children. If taxes and rate hikes keep coming, the children will starve just so the taxes can be paid to keep a roof over their precious little heads.
Conservative And Liberal are only ideals based on principles(I only wish they truly had some). The Conservative Politicians are only conservative with their stuff(money), the Liberal Politicians are only liberal with the stuff(money)of others.
Left and Right are the extremes of both ranging from Capitalism to Nazism. When all else fails these words are used, with the occasional word Fanatic thrown in.
It has all become this way due to the Government becoming so Divisive. The Government can ill afford for the people to get together discuss and solve their own problems, if we could do that, we wouldn’t need them and their power over the people would vanish. The Founding Fathers did just that, without a Government they sat down and put on paper the founding documents of America. Just imagine all those different opinions and beliefs, yet they still worked that all out without the help of Government. For the Politicians to remain in power they must keep us divided, and they will use any means available.
Now everyone is a victim of some imaginary act or injustice. Nothing In America can now be worked out without the ever intrusive “Big Brother”. Government with its replicating social programs is using the treasure of America to bring forth a new generation of people who are neither self-reliant or self-sufficient. Who ever can lay claim to this new generation will have a grateful and endless supply of votes, at least until the money runs out. This group will be labeled the “Moochers” and their numbers will grow with every new social program and “comprehensive reform” of all of the failed programs meant to bring social fairness. There was, even in my lifetime, a time when the community came to the aid of people in need. People were given a hand up not a hand out, and the one that received help would be the first to offer assistance the next time help was needed.
Now, as I am always willing to help, I will save you some time and label myself(wouldn’t want to be miss labeled). Here goes:
Realist, Pro-Life, Pro-Gun, Pro-Constitution, Conservative(in the truest meaning of the word),self-reliant, For a smaller and less intrusive government and in case I missed anything this should remove any doubt in your mind as to who I am and what I stand for period.
